How much should I charge for an instagram reel and story?

I'm about to do my first paid collaboration and I'm not sure how much to charge. My Instagram account has around 35k followers, and over the last 30 days I've had 3.8 million views, 2.5 million accounts reached, and around 45k profile visits. My niche is music/singing Reels. The brand wants one reel and one story, but I'm not sure how to price them separately. Based on these numbers, what would be a fair rate for each?

"Pak forces shot an innocent girl, then placed her body on the front of an armored vehicle as if she were some kind of trophy or prize.

They paraded her through the streets.

This is what NaPak Army has been doing in KPK And Balochistan for many years."

Being an Instagram creator is exhausting sometimes

Lately, being an Instagram creator feels like running a never-ending race. It feels like you're constantly chasing trends, trying to please the algorithm, and hoping one post reaches people outside your followers. If you stop for even a little while, your reach drops and it feels like you have to start all over again. The hardest part is that good content doesn't seem to last. You can spend hours making something you're proud of, and it gets 50 views. Meanwhile, a quick trend can outperform it overnight. It feels like the platform rewards what's popular right now instead of what's actually valuable. I miss the idea of creating content because people genuinely enjoy it, not because I'm trying to guess what the algorithm wants. Does anyone else feel like Instagram has become more about chasing the algorithm than creating content?

The top 1% have a secret meta backdoor

I used to work at a modeling agency and I've managed hundred of influencer accounts. Most of the work was routine like posting content, handling brand deals and replying to DMs. But there's one thing that always stood out. Whenever one of our biggest creators got suspended or restricted, we didn't go through the normal appeal process like everyone else. The agency would simply tell me to contact one of their Meta contacts. I never knew exactly who these people were. Everything happened through private WhatsApp or Telegram chats. All I knew was that accounts that were gone in the morning were often back by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I'd watch smaller creators lose their accounts and spend weeks sending appeals with no response. Some eventually gave up after getting nowhere. It really made me wonder how fair the playing field is. it feels like there are two versions of social media one for everyone else, and another for people with the right connections.

I got my permanently disabled instagram account back.

My verified Instagram account was permanently disabled earlier this year. When I first contacted Meta support, they told me there was nothing they could do, so after a while I accepted that the account was probably gone for good.

A few months later, I started seeing people online say they had recovered their accounts through Meta Verified support. I decided to give it one more shot. I subscribed to Meta Verified, reopened my case, and kept following up. Every response was basically the same: "We're actively working on it and will update you when we have more information.”

Yesterday I just randomly searched for my username and to my surprise my account was back. So if you're dealing with a disabled account, don't give up too quickly. It may take weeks, months but it's possible. Hopefully this gives someone else a bit of hope.
