I'm trying to identify a missing SMD component from a Nintendo New 2DS LL motherboard.

Board information:
- Console: Nintendo New 2DS LL
- Motherboard: JAN-CPU-01
- Package: SOT-343 (SC-82A), 4 pins
- Top marking: M12
- Manufacturer logo: Unknown (looks like a small triangle/Λ)

Location:
The component was located near the ABXY button area, close to the P11 FPC connector.

Unfortunately, the component came off the board during repair and was lost, so I can't inspect it any further.

A nearby 3-pin component also came off during the repair, but I still have that part, so I'm only trying to identify the missing 4-pin IC.

I've already searched common SMD marking databases and asked in several console repair communities, but so far nobody has been able to identify it.

I'm looking for either:
- the exact part number, or
- a compatible replacement.

I've attached photos of the original component and its location on the motherboard.

If anyone has a New Nintendo 2DS LL (JAN-CPU-01) motherboard available, even a close-up photo of this component or the marking under a microscope would be extremely helpful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to repair my New Nintendo 2DS LL, and I’m looking for the identity of this missing 4-pin component, or at least a compatible replacement.

This component fell off my motherboard. A kind Reddit user previously helped me by examining another motherboard, taking close-up photos, and tracing the pin connections. Thanks to their help, I’ve learned a lot, but I still haven’t been able to identify the part.

I’ve attached the following images:
A full photo of my motherboard, showing where the component fell off.
A close-up of the missing component location on my motherboard.
A reference photo (not mine) showing the original component installed.
A close-up photo of the original component, kindly taken by another Reddit user.

The measured connections are:
Pin 1 and Pin 4 are connected to the same signal net.
Pin 2 is connected to GND.
Pin 3 is connected to the positive side of a nearby capacitor (likely a power rail such as VCC).

The nearby 3-pin component is also missing, but I still have that original part, so I am only looking for help identifying the 4-pin component.

The original component is marked “M12” (with a manufacturer logo on the left side).

Based on my measurements from the photos, I estimate the package to be approximately 2.1 × 1.9 mm, but this is only an estimate and may not be accurate.

At this point, I think it’s possible that the original part is a Nintendo/OEM-specific component, so I’m no longer expecting to find the exact original part.

If anyone recognizes this package, knows what type of device it is, or can recommend a compatible replacement, I would really appreciate your help.

Also, if my estimated package size appears to be incorrect, I’d be very grateful if you could point that out as well.

While opening the shell, two SMD components came off near the Circle Pad (P11) connector.

I have already identified the lower 3-pin SOT-23 ("UN") component.

However, I'm still trying to identify the upper 4-pin SMD component located directly above it.

I'm looking for:
• The exact part number
• The SMD marking code
• A boardview or schematic
• A high-resolution photo of this area

The missing component is next to the P11 (Circle Pad) connector.

I have attached:
• A photo of my motherboard
• A reference photo of a working motherboard
• Close-up images of the missing component location

If anyone has a JAN-CPU-01 motherboard or a boardview, even just a close-up photo of this component would be extremely helpful.

New Nintendo 2DS LL（JAN-CPU-01基板）の部品特定をお願いします。

本体を分解した際に、スライドパッド（P11）コネクタ付近のSMD部品が取れてしまいました。

下側の3ピン部品（SOT-23・刻印「UN」）は特定できたのですが、その真上にある4ピン部品（SOT-143と思われる）の型番が分かりません。

探しているのは以下のいずれかです。
・部品の型番
・部品の刻印
・JAN-CPU-01のBoardView
・回路図
・正常基板の超接写写真

「基板交換」ではなく、この4ピン部品だけを交換して修理したいと考えています。
New 3DS / New 3DS LLでも同じ部品を使っている可能性があるため、その機種の情報でも大変助かります。
