what if i just put some in a tiffin and carry it out with me? will anyone say anything/is it against the rules?

edit: im not asking as an occasional/one time thing, but if i did that every day for each meal?

please suggest recipes of rice based dishes for someone who hates dry food

to be clear i am not talking about rice dishes that are meant to be eaten along with another dish (anything saucy/creamy/curry-like/stew/soup). so no fried rice, pilaf, biryani, pulao, mexican rice, spanish rice, jollof rice etc

but rather rice dishes that are eaten as a standalone complete meal on their own.

so for example, i like things like risotto, rice pudding, khichdi, congee etc.

how do you spread out your daily calories?

what does your meal schedule look like on average? like how many meals do you have in a day? do you snack in between? do you follow intermittent fasting? do you have fixed structured meal times or just whenever you're hungry? do you 'front load' your calories (more calories earlier in the day) or 'save' them up to have more calories at the end of the day? do you prefer to have multiple smaller meals/snacks throughout the day, or a lesser number of larger meals? what about omad, do any of you find eating all your calories in a single meal in a day helpful?

what is the best food gift you have ever received from anyone?

to clarify, 'food gift' comprises of basically anything edible gifted to you by someone. it can be homemade or storebought. cheap or expensive. it can be an ingredient or a product or a snack or even a whole prepared dish. including but not limited to things such as- chocolates, wines, oils, butters, baked goods, casseroles, sauces, condiments, pickles, fruits, vegetables, teas, coffees, dairy products etc etc....

for me personally, some of the best food gifts i have ever received are:
- several boxes of mangoes from my grandfather
- homemade besan laddoos (a type of indian sweet) from my grandmother
- a box of medjoul dates from an aunt
- homemade granola bars from another aunt

my aunt truly outdid herself. looks phenomenal and tastes even better. it was so light and fresh and perfectly sweet without being overbearing and the mangoes are doing all the heavy lifting here

i have gotten accepted into both op jindal (sonipat) and jain university in bangalore, both for bachelor of fine arts degree. most people i know have advised me to choose op jindal as they say it has better education, faculty, infrastructure and crowd. i have tried to do some research myself but there are mixed reviews for both and im still not 100% sure what to choose. so i thought of asking here and hearing the honest opinions of current or past students of jain university
