Am new to the group so thought I’d share a handful of the first born marines I’ve done, I wasn’t around when they were in print unfortunately but I’m loving doing them, I just paint rather than play so forgive weapon choices and such I just thought they were cool so I put them on
My first attempt at nnm gold and silver and I think they’re turned out pretty nice
Very new to painting dark angels this is my second but I got a cheap Captain Balthasar from dark vengeance because im on a first born hype and I think he turned out pretty cool really tried to push contrast and practice good lighting and blending
Finally finished my defiler, I wanted like a red glow to illuminate a dark battlefield from the bottom of it so I’ve reflected that in the base or tried to by trying to get red glows on the back of the terrain bits I hope it reads how I wanted it to haha
Kitbashed this guy because I thought it would be cool, turns out I was right and need to make a whole squad pronto
Another day another first born and another joy to paint the marine himself though having a lot of fun with this sanguinary guard project I have going on I think they’re shaping up into a cool little squad now
I suck at banners but I don’t hate this one haha another joy to paint the marine himself though having a lot of fun with this sanguinary guard project I have going on
I painted up a first born sanguinary guard from the original kit because I’m on a first born craze right now, I plan to paint up all 5 first born sanguinary guard in the same scheme as a squad of 3 primaris ones one of which I’ve already posted, I think this guy turned out cool first borns have such drip and charisma
I painted up a sanguinary guard using some of the cooler bits from the original kit that I bought to deck him out, I plan to paint up all 5 first born sanguinary guard in the same scheme as the 3 that will be in this squad because I think itll be fun to do
So hello everyone I just finished my contemptor using the forge world body and other bits that I managed to score on eBay, I think it’s turned out super cool and was a ton of fun to paint really wish we got more of this kinda thing from 40k in plastic
Hello! I’ve just got my nightlords contemptor dreadnought, I haven’t got any weapons for him yet and I was just wondering if the part that connects the weapons to the shoulder parts comes with the weapon frames that you can buy or if I’ll have to try to source that piece some how, thanks :)
Just some raptors I've done recently that I think look pretty neat, got two more on the table too
My first ever smaller chaos terminator was a ton of fun to paint definitely want to get another of this kit to do a sorcerer
