Is there a basic pokemon that does more damage if opponent’s active pokemon has tool equipped?

I want to punish dark decks that equip a tool flr each of their pokemon (usually on turn 1). Other than basic pokemon suggestions are also welcome. The search tool in game doesn’t search the card text fields.

Kingsbane list suggestions?

Hello, I climbed to legend without winstreak bonus first with Dane Azalina, then from diamond 5 with good ol’ Kingsbane Rogue. So many odd Hunters, impossible to lose against them.

I’ve used this decklist on and off for a couple of three years, and just being curious what kind of lists other people run?

Could maybe drop one Blade Flurry for Sap since there’s many divine shield taunts in the meta. Harmonic Hip Hop giving +3 attack is disgusting. Zephyrys lost me a couple of games by being dumb af, but won more.

Which ”ladder ready” deck should I choose?

I’m thinking long time value in Legendaries included + strenght in current standard and wild meta. Deliberating between Hunter and Warrior (I have historically strong cards for the classes)

Japanese language (learning) drinking game

I saw someone asking tips for how to learn words for days in Japanese and remembered a fun drinking game I did when I was in uni.

It’s about different suffixes for counters.

First player names an object, the second player says ”1 object” and names a new object, third player says ”2 objects” names a new object, and so on.

For example:

車 -> 一台 -> タバコ -> 二本 -> 犬-> 三匹

(くるま いちだい、タバコ にほん、いぬ さんびき)

It’s a fun game and there are some rare and tricky counters. The one who makes a mistake drinks..!

This deck type will define the next meta (I think)

A Dedenne deck I cooked at home, and it’s disgusting. It will lead to Guzma being a must include.

The highroll potential is huge with Zeraora, free retreat with balloons and Elemental Switch (might be even worth running 2x). Turn 3 160 damage is not even that uncommon.

The deck goes through cards at insane pace as you just vomit all the basics out and dress them with tools, then Copycat or Hiking Trail.

I’ve experimented with which tools to include, and the new Balloon is strong as it helps with energy preservation.

Vice article on the ”hipster era” wtf?

I started reading the article because instagram fed it to me, but,

What are they smoking? People were listening to Crystal Castles, M83 and MGMT in 2005???

The breakthrough albums (M83 debatable) of artists in question were published:

Oracular Spectacular (2007)
Crystal Castles (2007)
Saturdays = Youth (2008)

Vice makes this ”definitive” hipster era analysis article and they fuck up the timeline this hard?

AI slop?
