New on RWS Diamond project, how are you guys actually logging hours? No timer anywhere in the tool

Hey everyone, hoping someone here has already dealt with this.

I already have a task sitting in my queue on Multimango, Diamond/Echo side, passed the ASR Long Transcript quiz and got added not long ago. Got the whole guidelines email, bracket rules, filler word conventions, all that, no issues there. But I haven't actually started the task yet because I can't figure out how hours are supposed to be logged, and I don't want to start clocking work with no way to track it properly.

On other annotation work I've done there's usually a built in timer, you start it, do the task, stop it, done, it's tracked automatically. Multimango doesn't seem to have anything like that in the tool itself. No clock, no start/stop button, nothing I can find anywhere on the dashboard.

From what I've read around, it sounds like there's supposed to be a separate daily time tracking form (a Google Form maybe) tied to your Navision ID, apart from the actual task tool. Is that still how it works or did they change it recently? If it's a Google Form, does anyone have the current link, or is it something only sent through your talent manager or posted in Workzone.

Also curious how you all keep track on your own end before submitting, since apparently once you submit you can't go back and see or edit it. I'd rather set up my own tracking system before I even start the task instead of scrambling to remember hours after the fact. Saw a few posts here about people getting shorted 8+ hours and having to fight to get it fixed, so I'd rather not walk into that blind.

Appreciate any pointers, especially if you're also on Echo/Diamond and know exactly where to find the form. Thanks in advance, want to get it right before I click start.

Mga kamote, hindi niyo parking slot ang PWD zone sa McDo

Grabe, ang kakapal ng mukha ng mga kamote riders na ginagawang personal tambayan ang PWD parking slot sa McDo. May maayos na parking naman kayo sa likod, bakante at malapit lang, pero mas gusto niyo pang nakabalandra sa slot na nakalagay na para sa may kapansanan. Hindi niyo kailangan ng wheelchair access, hindi niyo kailangan ng malaking pinto para makababa, pero sinasakop niyo pa rin para lang tipid sa lakad ng tatlong segundo. Samantalang yung totoong PWD na nagpakahirap magmaneho, walang makitang mapaparadahan dahil ginawa niyong extension ng kanto ang tanging puwesto nila. At kapag sinita niyo, sasabihin niyo "sandali lang naman" o "may bibilhin lang". Sandali para sa inyo, pero habang buhay na hirap para sa iba. Sana sa susunod na mag-park kayo sa PWD slot, kayo naman ang mangailangan ng wheelchair at walang makitang bakante. Nakakaputangina niyo.

Kung WFH Setup Hanap Niyo, Iwasan Niyo Ang Shearwater Health

Grabe ‘tong company na ‘to, promise. WFH ka nga pero araw araw kang lalamunin ng sistema nila. Yung mga TL dyan, mga batugan. Panay seen sa chat kahit queueing na, wala kang malapitan. May emergency ka, blackout, mabagal net, sasabihan ka lang ng "diskarte mo 'yan" tapos pag bumagsak metrics mo, ikaw pa sisisihin. Walang kwenta, walang malasakit.

Yung mga RTA, lalong masahol. Mga corrupt. May scheme na GCash kapalit ng maayos na schedule o para hindi paglaruan off mo. Pag di ka sumuhol, split off ka bigla, sunod sunod na 6 days, pabago bago shift para lang sirain araw mo. WFH ka pero hawak ka nila sa leeg, wala kang magawa kasi "system generated" daw pero halatang personal tripping at power trip.

At yung mga SME, akala mo kung sinong expert. Puro yabang, puro "basic lang 'yan" pero mali mali naman tinuturo. Sasabihan ka ng shortcut, "diskarte" daw pampabilis ng AHT. Susundin mo tapos yun pala compliance violation. Pag bumagsak ka sa QA, biglang bawi, itatanggi na tinuro nila. Ikaw sasalo ng penalty, sila malinis ang kamay. Mga gaslighter na walang accountability.

Ang pinakamalala, ang management mismo walang pake. Ilang beses na nireport, walang aksyon. Protektado yang mga TL, RTA, at SME na yan. Kultura na nila na gawing disposable ang ahente. Kaya kung nagbabalak kayo mag apply sa Shearwater Health dahil sa WFH, wag na. Hindi worth it. Sisirain lang nila mental health niyo at pagkatao niyo. Save yourselves. Wag kayong magpabiktima sa pambobolada nilang "premium" kuno. Ekis.
