flexible setup with the poptop desk

So I recently got the poptop childrens desk and I love it! I can really recommend the desk. it's a bit too low for standing, especially as I'm fairly tall, but that's fine for me I usually sit anyways. I put more weight on it than is recommended for changing height, but it works fine, just need to use a bit more muscle power. It's definitely low enough for me to sit on the floor.

Hunger

A collage about living with an eating disorder (anorexia)

most of the stuff on it is german.

the white writing in the bottom left corner says

"stay with me, don't look at me, look at me, tell me I'm enough, tell me I'm good, tell me I'm sick, leave me alone, listen to me, look at me"

Happy pride month everyone 🏳️‍🌈

Local Pride Parade in Germany :)

Went with a friend and we made it through 1/3 of the route until it was too much and we left to eat ice cream and sit in the park. They always have on such loud music. But we had a great time!

CICO Calculation vs Actual Weight Comparison

So i graphed the my calculated weight (blue) using CICO (1 kg weight loss= 7700 kcal deficit) and my actual weight (orange)

Surprisingly accurate actually. I only use the Samsung Health App.
(Calorie Tracking, Step Counter, Heart Rate Measurement ?). Idk how Samsung does it but seems to be accurate.

Also don't take me as an example, this is a 1000 kcal deficit, i have an eating disorder.

sudden resting tachycardia

so this happened yesterday when I was laying in bed. it's the minimum and maximum heart rate measured every minute via smart watch

I was calmly watching YouTube and about to go to bed when I noticed my smart watch reading a 150+ heart rate. No other symptoms.

Tried to check my heart rate in my neck, but it was really hard to make out so I couldn't really count it.

Medical history:

I have pots, but that never affected my resting heart rate, only when standing/sitting I experience tachycardia

I am anorexic, currently at a BMI of 22, lost a bunch of weight recently

I take ivabradine 5mg in the morning

And used my asthma spray (Beclometason Formoterol) in the early evening

My resting heart rate is usually around 50 when I go to bed so that's not unusual

Note: I am seeing a GP soon for a checkup so I will bring it up there. I mostly wanna know if this is concerning enough so I should see a doctor sooner, or if it's okay to wait for the checkup appointment as I didn't have any symptoms.

Better word for "cheat days"

So I have started to do 1 day a week where I don't count calories and eat multiple meals.

I call them "cheat days" but don't like the framing/connotation as I'm not cheating, I'm recovering.

any ideas for alternative ways to call this day?

I thought of recovery-day, but am looking for other ideas.
