Hi!

Hi!

I’m interested in learning how to surf skate and I have no idea where to start.

I found this board and it seems pretty alright in my inexperienced mind. Any thoughts or suggestions for a board set up? I know I have no real intention to learn any major tricks and just want to cruise.

What was one thing you wish you knew before you started snowboarding?

I’m interested in snowboarding and have never even attempted it, never even been to a mountain before. What are some things you wish you knew that would make an ultra newbie’s experience better?

Stand advice

I need advice on how to actually stand on my paddle board. Each time I’ve gone so far I’ve just been sitting. Today I attempted to stand and made it just a few minutes before falling in. I know practice will make progress, but is there any advice for making that progress smoother?

I was also not prepared for how difficult it was to get back on the board the first time. Ooof

Glen Lake in Goffstown NH

First time going out! I didn’t stand because it was WAY too windy for that. I would paddle myself one way to have the wind blow me back to where I started.

I also need to figure out the PSI. I did the recommended maximum of 15, but as soon as I remove the pump, instant drop.

After market accessories

Hi friends, I’m looking for a good resource for after market accessories. Particularly a hatch cover and floor mats.

Thank you! 🫶🏻

Storage question

I *just* got my first ever iSUP. Is it okay to store deflated, in its carrier, in my car? I’m in the northeast, so it can get a smidge toasty out there.

Quality?

I’m looking at buying my first ever paddle board and don’t really have much to go by for reference. I researched a few different options and an inflatable one would be the best due to storage. I don’t plan on doing anything wild, just cruise around a lake.

I’m not looking to break the bank with it, but also not looking to cheap out.
