So I’ve had a noise in the bottom end of my 570 couldn’t figure out what it is decided to take the timing chain cover off and have a look in the Slack in the oil pump chain is crazy. I don’t know how it stayed on the cog.
bought a clutch last year and I have a noise in the bottom end. pretty sure its the oil pump chain but someone said to check my clutch. took a video is this a normal amount of movement?
Has anyone bought a vevor tonneau cover for their truck? I was chatting with someone and they had nothing but good things to say about theirs. Just wanted to know if he was not wanting to admit it wasn’t good or was it actually that good.
Hey folks. Not sure what to call it but when watching some movies I noticed that some pixels will not generate properly. Could be a tree and in the middle of the tree a horizontal line of 2 pixel wide by 4-5 long appear then move elsewhere. I’ll try for a photo but just wanted to see here. Sorry for the poor explanation I’m sure it will get some good replies until I can get a photo of it.
Had these codes pop up today. 265000 km on my 2019 and CEL came on and pressure dropped to 25 psi. Engine sounds fine and I have 8500 km on this oil change. Tested the mechanical pressure and showing about the same. About 27-29 psi I’ve never had it go that low in pressure. If thr oil pump is going would these be codes or other signs. Going to replace the sensor and change my oil. Just checking as the engine has to be lifted to access the oil pump and that’s a big job.
