Looking for a Unicorn - AI Content Developer Who Can Actually Write

This is a weird role to fill because I need someone who is genuinely two things at once.

First, a strong writer. Not just technically competent, but someone who understands storytelling, knows how to write for sophisticated audiences, and has real ghost writing experience. I work across multiple industries where the people reading this content are experts in their field. They will smell AI from a mile away and it will kill credibility instantly.

Second, a systems thinker. I need someone who knows how to build and run an AI content system using the best tools available, Claude being the foundation. Not reinventing the wheel, but knowing which wheels exist, how to put them together, and how to keep expanding and improving the system over time. The goal is something automated, scalable, and repeatable, but always with human judgment in the loop.

The core of what I’m building is essentially an AI ghost writing system that can learn and replicate the individual voice of multiple subject matter experts within a business. Each person gets their own persona. The content spans long form, short form, and full funnel. It writes to our systems and runs on its own, but a human is always steering.

This is a freelance role to start but I’m in this for the long haul with the right person. I’m not expecting this to happen overnight. I want someone who wants to grow something, not just collect a check.

To be considered you need to show me both sides.
Writing samples, ideally ghost written or under someone else’s byline, and AI systems or workflows you’ve actually built. If you can only show me one side this probably isn’t the right fit.

Getting around Hubspot Serverless Function

Hey all

We are trying to build some tools and it’s going to require the serverless function. I checked into it and it’s the only feature we require and it’s $1500 a month more because we need to jump to the enterprise level.

How are you getting around this? I’ve thought about getting another hosting account but hate the idea of having to support an external solution.

Looking for ideas

Obsidian Workflow with a Team that won’t use Obsidian

My situation - I use Obsidian heavily at work in content creation. I do all of my research, collect my assets, develop my outlines, and write my drafts inside of Obsidian. It works well for me but then falls flat because I have to export my content to Word. Then it moves to a complete Word revision workflow. Then I make my changes back in Obsidian and push back out to Word.

Once it’s finalized I try to bring it back into Obsidian.

It’s time consuming, but also very redundant.

Our office is in a Microsoft environment so it’s natural for everyone to work in Word, however, Word is not a great place to work as a writer.

Any ideas on a better workflow? We are a mix audience of Mac and Window users.

Write text message to notes

My dad sends me a daily inspiration and encouragement but he always starts it by saying Good morning

I can get the trigger but I can’t figure out how to capture it and move to an Apple Note.

Thanks in advance.

I have a reading room where I am trying to figure out a solution.

I have 4 lamps and 4 accent wall washing lights. I have these two broken up into 2 different groups using Adaptive Lighting.

Basically I want the wall washers to be roughly 10-20% less brighter and warmth than the lamps.

I have two different profiles called:
- Reading Accents
- Reading Lamps

I set up the color and brightness to be less than the Reading Lamps in Adaptive Lighting.

But when they run, I they are still in sync.

How can I make them different while still using Adaptive Lighting?
