Hello guys, i need some advice please, i am good at understanding a topic, writing notes and i enjoy solving questions when ik the topic but i dont know how to properly learn, i suck at it the most which causes me to not being able to solve questions because i spend so much of my time learning my notes, it takes me days to cover 1 subject, i try to actively learn my notes but i physically can not get myself to stay at one place, i waste a lot of time because of this, i keep on thinking of the content i need to cover and when i try to go back i forget everything i learned, idk how to properly be able to memorise things without getting distracted by my thoughts. is there any study method that i should try? ive got lots to learn in a short period of time, any advice would be really helpful thank u!
