Is there any left? Or am I clear?

I’ve been battling this verruca cluster for about 7 years and suddenly it seems to be working. The pinker bits are where they were but now the skin lines are back that means the verruca is gone doesn’t it?

My 2 year 1 month toddler doesn’t speak at all or try to speak

In the UK they will not refer for speech and language therapy until he’s 2.5. Has anyone been in the same boat, when did they start talking? For context this isn’t my first rodeo, I have a 6 & 8 year old who both spoke within the normal timeframes.

Bruising

So I’ve been giving clean and presses a go but I’m doing something wrong as I’m bashing the shit out of my wrist and getting bruised lol. I bruise easily anyway but I can’t work out a way where it won’t bash me. I’m only using an 8kg bell. (F 30 beginner)

Are robot vacuums really worth it? Has anyone had one over a year or so and still love it?

I struggle to keep up with housework, my house is generally tidied and hoovered/mopped as often as I can but I would love it to be hoovered daily but life with 3 kids as a working mum gets in the way (and also I hate it)
I’m wondering if a robovac will make my life better or be a waste of money!
Bonus points for brand recs too!

Is it normal to feel absolutely wiped out the day after a workout?

30 yo female, recently got into weight training and do PT sessions weekly - only done 3 so far but today I am absolutely exhausted like I’ve never felt before and I have no appetite. Is this normal like my body is not used to working this hard or do I need to go to the doctors?
Last night after my session I felt amazing, my muscles felt tired but I felt mentally really good. Today I’ve been shattered all day and struggled to eat which is absolutely not like me.

Is it rude to send a trauma timeline before my first appointment

I’ve wasted so much time and money on terrible therapy that I feel like if I drop the entire backstory (there’s a lot of things) pre appointment it cuts a lot of explaining time but is that a crazy thing to do?
I don’t feel like I need to explore and rehash my past I know exactly what causes my mental health struggles I need to learn to cope with it. I’m doing EMDT this time so I’m hoping that will be the difference.

Are multiple little sets over the day still going to be effective?

I’m a working mum of 3 so setting time for a full workout is tough a lot of days, I also have adhd so boredom and motivation of doing a full workout is a bit of a struggle but I am really determined to keep working on myself.
Would grabbing my kettlebells and doing a few sets of reps in 5-10 min bursts still be effective on days when I don’t have my PT session or time for a full home workout?
Does anyone else work out this way and see results?

Can’t sleep if I stay up too late

Anyone else sleep way better on Concerta but if they stay up too late like once the meds are fully cleared out they can’t sleep at all? Like my brain just switches back to chaos

Anyone medicated since childhood advice please!

I’m late diagnosed (late 20s, following complete mask drop after having children). I am now medicated and it’s really helping but I do not feel like I needed medication pre kids however maybe my life would have turned out different if I had idk.

But my 6 yo daughter is 100% adhd, very much on the hyperactive side but, like me, is an excellent masker, good as gold in school, follows the rules and does well.

At home the mask is off and she’s very messy, forgetful, loud, (slightly/very annoying 🥲) but she’s happy as anything, super bright, hilarious, loves life, sweetest thing ever!

I don’t like the idea of getting her diagnosed and her being on meds at this age but is that wrong of me? She doesn’t seem to be struggling with anything, we don’t shame her for her behaviours that seem to be adhd traits but I also wonder about whether it would make her life easier as she gets older to never go through what I went through being diagnosed late. I dropped out of school mid sixth form never had any drive in life really but landed on my feet and now have a very happy life but totally appreciate that I’ve been lucky in that.

Interested to hear insights from parents and those who were medicated young!

Do I go for a second opinion?

So I had a weird hard pill shaped lump on my chest above my right breast for a while that I brushed off for a few months but it got bigger. I then noticed lumps in my left breast and an area of tissue that just felt hard and weird compared to the rest of my breast and the other one.
Went to my gp and she said she could feel multiple hard lumps and referred me for the 2 week wait breast clinic.
I have private healthcare and am a super anxious person so decided to go through that to be seen and the doctor just made me feel like an inconvenience wasn’t giving me time to show where I was feeling the lumps etc. When I had my ultrasound it was SO fast and it seemed like she was concentrating more on my left then only did like half my right breast where the issue was. Is it normal that they just swipe really quickly over everything? I don’t understand how she could see anything. The whole thing must have been about 30 seconds.

After my scan I went back to my consultant and he was like just leave it alone and that when I do breast exams just to use two fingers light pressure. He made me feel really stupid and said it’s just a fatty lump on my chest but didn’t say anything about the weird tissue in the breast.

Obviously I know it probably is nothing but I don’t feel completely at ease with everything.

My nhs clinic appointment has now come through and I am wondering if I should go for a second opinion or if I should just trust that it’s all good and that my consultant was just a bit of a knob. I don’t want to waste nhs resource and time if I’m just being dramatic but what are the chances that they could have missed something by just not taking me seriously?

The smaller verruca babies look like they haven’t reacted as much but the big one is giving me hope that I might be on the right track after YEARS and countless other treatments
