Hey everyone, we're on pace to hit 20,000 members in approximately 5-6 months as we continue to add around 11 members per day.
- For 15,000 members we ranked the best and worst cards in the game.
- For 10,000 members we held a custom card contest.
- For 5,000 members we had an art contest.
- For 2,000 members we did a caption contest.
- For 1,000 members we had a meme contest.
How can you help you ask? Three ways:
- Got any good ideas for a contest? I have some thoughts but I'd like to see if there's a fresh idea that might be better.
- We're looking for sponsors so we can have multiple prizes/winners again. So if you or a friend design custom TM pieces on Etsy, or you have your own Terraforming Mars channel on YouTube, or maybe you're a custom game designer looking to promote your new game, you might want to get some good publicity by sponsoring a prize for our big contest. Even if it's something totally unrelated to the game, feel free to reach out. The more prizes the better!
- Spreading word of this subreddit and contest in online forums and especially over at r/boardgames - the sooner we get to 20,000 members, the sooner we can get some prizes!
