I have a marginated tort and I want to give him more space to roam and am looking at enclosures currently. I found this one (linked below), and it's about 13sq ft. and has a open bottom. Is it too soon to let my tort outside? Will he be okay at this age in the TX heat of the summer? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
