Is it enough to put Jellyfin on it and use it to stream content to the TVs in my house over Ethernet? I'll be watching on one TV at a time.

16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM + 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD (I'll add a couple of external hard drives later)
HDMI*2 for dual-screen 4K@60Hz video output (it's capable for 4k60 on two monitors simultaneously according to the ads)
Intel® dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5GHz) + Bluetooth 5.2 + 2.5G Ethernet (I'll use the Ethernet anyway)
I'll install Fedora on it, unless you recommend a different/ better distro for it.

As a teenager and a car guy I used to laugh at these videos. At the time I didn't think if they offended anyone or not. The focus of the jokes being how some car guy stuff can be misinterpreted as LGBTQ stuff. Now I feel bad as I might have been inconsiderate of others.

I even forgot they existed until recently, when I stumbled upon this video.
