Bonjour, nous sortons d’un 2ème rendez-vous chez l’ophtalmologue après un 1er rendez-vous pour ma compagne. Elle se plaignait de maux de têtes en fin de journée, beaucoup d’écran avec le travail, maux surtout situé proche des yeux… bref après ce premier rdv l’ophtalmo lui annonce qu’en plus du léger astigmatisme (diagnostiqué dans son enfance mais ses parents ne lui avait jamais fait de lunettes) elle a aussi un léger strabisme convergent (quand je dis léger, visuellement on s’en était jamais aperçus), en dehors de ça elle voit bien et n’a pas eu besoin de porter de lunettes pour voir jusqu’à présent.

Ses maux de tête sont donc selon le docteur lié à la fatigue musculaire qu’exerce ses yeux et notamment l’œil concerné par le strabisme au quotidien.

Il n’a donc pas voulu lui prescrire des lunettes de suite, et a voulu qu’elle voit l’orthoptiste d’abord pour un bilan orthoptique, puis qu’elle vienne le revoir pour qu’il fasse un dernier test (qui implique des gouttes de collyre pour dilater les pupilles), avant de lui délivrer sa prescription de lunettes.

Mais voilà le problème: dû à une confusion au niveau des rdvs, aujourd’hui elle devait voir l’orthoptiste, à la place elle a vu la remplaçante de notre ophtalmologue habituel, et l’orthoptiste n’a pas pu la voir car elle avait déjà appliqué les gouttes de collyre comme écrit sur l’ordonnance qui nous avait été donné pour le prochain rdv. En soit elle avait besoin de pouvoir y voir quelque chose pour que l’orthoptiste puisse réaliser ce bilan, mais elle y voyait un beignet.

Du coup la docteur ophtalmologue remplaçante a réalisé « le test final » qui impliquait la collyre et lui a prescrit les lunettes sans qu’elle voit l’orthoptiste avant. Et l’orthoptiste lui a dit de faire faire les lunettes puis de reprendre rdv avec elle pour le bilan.

Du coup que devons nous faire? Je pensais que ce bilan était nécessaire à la prescription de ses verres à cause du strabisme. Et maintenant on a une prescription sans bilan? Avons-nous mal compris?

D’autres personnes atteinte de léger strabisme pourraient-il m’indiquer si il s’agit d’un autre malentendu et que ce bilan n’est pas nécessaire à la prescription de ses lunettes? (il s’agit d’une très légère correction +0,50 dans chaque œil, des verres de repos en soit)

Ou devrions-nous attendre que notre ophtalmo habituel revienne pour lui expliquer ce qu’il s’est passé en son absence et si il avait en effet besoin de ce bilan pour lui prescrire des lunettes ou pas?

On aimerait éviter de devoir lâcher 300€+ dans des lunettes qui au final devront être refaites car pas totalement adaptées.

TL; DR: doit-on systématiquement voir un orthoptiste avant de se faire prescrire des lunettes de repos quand on a un léger strabisme en plus d’un léger astigmatisme?

hi everyone

so i’ve always struggled with my hair and how it “interacts” with my gender identity. 1. if i buzz it i’m gonna feel great with it one day and the next i’ll have dysphoria so strong i’ll stop going outside or will wear my hood up and stuff. and 2. if i grow it (like right now, it’s down past my shoulder blades) i will eventually feel the same and hate it (plus i generally struggle with my hair type so it doesn’t help) and i get this urge to cut it all off or buzz it. but then im back to issue 1.

lately i feel feminine but i can’t stand my long hair. but i know that if i buzz it i’m going to like it until i wont anymore and will hate myself instead for at least a good year and a half until it grows back… it’s driving me nuts lol, after every buzz cut i just, i’m going through it. right now i’ve been growing my hair for 2 years from a previous buzz cut, i’ve also hated the weird in between phase… I could also not go for a buzz cut and still cut it short but it has the same effect eventually. i end up feeling too masculine compared to how i feel gender-wise and start feeling dysphoric again.
but right now i keep tying it and wearing hats so i don’t see the point of me keeping it this long. but when i look at photos from a month ago or something i sorta like it long and how i was styling it, just not right now (i also got a wolfcut since which doesn’t help in terms of styling for me) instead i’m dying tg to shave it all off

being genderfluid is an experience… what do y’all do in these kinds of situation?

est-ce que quelqu’un sait si les visières iridium des casques scorpion exo gt-sp air, 530 air, 1500 air etc. ont la mention “day-time use only” apposée dessus?

je sais que ça ne rend pas la visière homologuée, mais comparé aux visières iridium sans cette mention, les “day-time use only” sont quand même plus transparentes et c’est ce que je recherche.

mon magasin de moto local est assez petit et n’en avait pas en stock pour que je puisse voir par moi même l’opacité de l’iridium et la présence de la mention…

hello, my girlfriend and i have started our connections sort of at the same time:

i’m on gen 3 and have a girl

she’s on gen 4 and also has a girl

so as per the game’s rules our tamas cannot marry and have a baby…

I wanted to ask, since my current gen is a girl does it mean the next baby i have will 100% be a boy? because in that case we’ll both end up with boy tamas next gen and will still be unable to marry… (which is a dumb rule btw!!)

is this how this works? or do we have a 50/50 chance for the baby with a matchmaker mate to be either a boy or a girl?

(just to specify i’m not talking about the character’s “official” gender like how mametchi is officially a boy in the tama universe but the actual gender assigned by the game to the baby)
