I relapsed after almost 12 days without porn, the reason I relapsed was because my mood felt I guess worser and I'm afraid to get mentally ill as I've had psychosis and have bipolar, I'm afraid the dopamine effects of not using porn which I've used since I was 13 or 14 will mean my dopamine wil mess in my mind and I'll get ill...

This morning while I lay in bed eyes closed not fully awake I had flashback of porn images and my penis was kind of erect, I felt like I wanted to open porn and masturbate while in this mode.

Anybody else had this?

I've noticed since quitting porn I've been masturbating more than usual is this normal? I have only been masturbating to the feeling or fantasy in my head, is my body wanting to masturbate more cause it's getting less dopamine without porn so I need to masturbate more to make up for it?

I have not watched a proper porn video or sexual media for 9 days however I have masturbated a few times during the period, usually I masturbated to the feeling or fantasy in my head.

Is it allowed to have a fantasy in head that may involve fetishes of certain clothing in my head?

I want to get rid of this fetish because it disgusts me, stopping porn will make it go away? But I'm still fantasising it while masturbating and I sometimes get images of porn videos I liked from the past which I try to ignore but it is tempting to go back to porn sometimes

I watched a movie around the time near to when I developed tinnitus and while watching the film my ears were hurting bad, I can't exactly but I pushed through the pain, I maybe damages my ears from the film sounds it was independence day resurgence so it had a lot of action scenes...

Maybe that film is the reason I got tinnitus I'm not sure

With my tinnitus sometimes I have a weird dizziness feeling like vertigo but it's not extreme, I think I had an ear infection for a year as I ignored it, I did not have ear fullness, my hearing was normal, all that happened was when I used my headphones sometimes my left ear would hurt and a bit my right.

So I eventually went to the doctors after the tinnitus had developed and they found it was red inside with a bump so gave me an ear spray, so I used it and when they checked again the infection was gone but the tinnitus was still there.

The doctor told me if the tinnitus is there for a few more months then he will refer me to ENT but because there is no hearing loss or so I feel there isn't he doesn't think I need it, the doctors just seem so say tinnitus is normal.

There was a time I didn't have tinnitus and now I have it I hate it, but sometimes I can't hear it that much, there were times I went into a diff room of my house and I could not really hear it? Maybe it was a lower volume at the time, I'm wondering if my tinnitus is from stress and anxiety or my mental health medications because I have a lot of anxiety all the time...

But I've had tinnitus for some months now and it has got louder now, Im wondering if I have an inner ear issue I don't know, but the doctors don't seem concerned.

So I don't know what I will do, also sometimes my left ear hurts and they don't know why, since there is no ear infection or anything in ear they dk what is causing it...

Itd like a high pitch mind of static noise that's there 24 7 however in diff environments I may not hear or notice it but i can still bear it if I have white noise though I think it's medium loud

I got tinnitus around Feb or March of this year and I notice that after specifically playing a game called gta 4, an lcpdfr mod that let's you play as police the tinnitus seems to have gotten worser, i love playing lcpdfr so I turned the volume lower, the volume was pretty low so why has my tinnitus got worser?

I had an ear infection mb last month and I used ear spray from the doctors and when they checked again they said the ear looked fine so I assumed the ear is healed however during treatment and after the tinnitus did not change.

Before I got tinnitus I used to play lcpdfr with the police sirens and they were quite loud, I think maybe I could have inadvertently gave myself tinnitus from the police sirens in the game being too loud, I suspect that may be it and also listening to music a bit loud, now I have it it hasn't gone away and the past 2 days it seems like it's gotten worser.

Even with white noise on I can still hear the high pitch noise in my ear, when trying to sleep last night it was affecting me from sleeping, I hope the volume goes back down but it's very difficult to live with tinnitus, I contacted a tinnitus help line they said to use speakers instead I think I may have to invest in some speakers to be honest...

I remember a few years ago they released updates a lot now hardly ever, I checked the desktop update page and it seems they release an update every 2 to 3 months even when the windows app is a laggy mess.

When I used tidal in 2023 before the new gui update it worked fine but now since I came back after 1 or 2 yrs on Spotify it's slow, has server errors, sometimes song has a 10 to 30 sec delay before playing and its not buffering it just doesn't respond to the click until some time later idk why, I reinstalled tidal same thing
