I am very anti-flock camera, so when I saw that post I tried my best to verify it

• I drove to the marked location on the openstreetview map and there was no new camera installed, unless I am somehow blind
• I called the RNC at 2 different locations and nobody had heard of any Flock cameras going up
• Called my MHA and they said they hadn't heard of anything but would keep an ear out

Someone just put up a random dot on a publicly editable map and wanted to stir up some shit as far as I can tell. We should absolutely be vigilant when it comes to reporting these camera installations if they ever do come here, but false information won't help the cause.

This is a rough first draft with pretty basic functionality, but I thought it was fun to do. It is going to be very noisy at high shutter speeds of course, but for longer timings it does pretty well. Never meant for this to replace a light-based timer, just as an educational tool :)
