Faccio un breve schemino della situazione cercando di non farlo troppo complicato visto che non voglio dare più dati personali del necessario.

Persona A possiede un immobile su cui paga IMU.

Persona A viene a mancare nel 2023 e l'immobile passa a metà (insieme al resto dell'eredità) a persona B e C.

Persona C viene a mancare a sua volta nel 2024 e la sua parte di tale immobile (50%) passa a persona D, E e F.

Persona D acquista tutte le parti e detiene immobile al 100%.

Oggi arriva una intimazione al pagamento per una quota IMU non versata da persona A nel 2012. Mi direte ormai è prescritto ma viene indicato un precedente avviso del 2021, e io suppongo ci sia stato uno anche nel 2016, quindi tutti entro i 5 anni prima della prescrizione. Comunque diamo per buono che non sia prescritto.

L'avviso è arrivato tramite raccomandata da agenzia di riscossione crediti a nome del defunto persona A (quindi no eredi o altro) all'ultima sua residenza ed è stata consegnata a uno degli "eredi secondari", persona E.

Da quanto ho letto io googlando, questo debito spetta agli eredi di persona A in base alla percentuale di quanto ereditato, e non all'attuale proprietario dell'immobile, giusto?

1. Se questo debito non venisse saldato quali ricadute e contro chi, potrebbe avere in futuro?

2. In caso persona B (alla quale spetta il 50% del debito) si rifiutasse di pagare, al contrario del resto degli eredi, cosa potrebbero fare questi ultimi?

1. Default path where Aurora saves title updates is on the internal hard disk (hdd1), but I noticed there is also a folder inside Aurora on my usb with title updates. Are those simple backups that can be deleted or separate necessary files?
2. In the game description you can display the game's release date (and consequently sort games by release date) but those dates are wrong. Is there a way to manually edit them?

I have an old PC running Windows 10 LTSC and thinking of switching to Bazzite.

Should I make the jump?

I'm using BadAvatar exploit and running Aurora. I have 2 external HDDs hooked to the console (1 with the exploit + homebrews + games, the other only games).

I set two paths on aurora for the games on the 2 external drives:

- \Xbox360\System\Usb0\Folder1

- \Xbox360\System\Usb1\Folder2

Everything works ok, all games recognized and every game start the first time because when Aurora restarts it automatically changes the second path into:

- \Xbox360\System\Usb0\Folder2

and games on the second drive no longer start.

I got Retrobat and it's great with the intro videos, custom music, etc., but I see it occupies some space since it's "bloated" with a lot of emulators and files needed to run everything.

Since I only care about a couple of emulators (snes, gba and fbneo) I was thinking of running directly ES-DE and get only what I need. I also noticed Retroarch under Retrobat is more simplified and has fewer options compared to the one I installed in ES-DE.

What will I be missing if I use ES-DE over Retrobat?
