My sister called a furniture/upholstery cleaning company and I happened to be there. I started chatting with the guy and he was the owner himself we kinda talked and he said he is making around 800-1000$ per person and he has 3 more people working for him. He spends around 800-1000$ per week on meta ads and around 500$ on supplies which calculates around 4000-5000$ per week in revenue and idk about other expense but ad spend and products would be 1500$ and thats per person. The biggest thing was that he started 3 months ago but he had experience working for a cleaning company for 6 months.

I am an App developer and I have a nephew who is 6 years old and I am about to become a dad the more i see my nephew on these gaming apps or roblox the more i think there should be better apps that entertain the kids and teach them. So I thought of making an app (Actually I’m halfway into it) that help kids in decision making through different tasks and quests and I am trying to work with some child psychologist to understand how to make it better scientifically. Plus a feature that lets parents connect too and see their kid’s progress and the app suggests the areas the kid needs support in. What do you say? A hit or a miss?
Plus I would love all kind of suggestions on this.

I was covering a route for someone and it has some deli’s and bodegas I had 9 checks and alot of cash. It was a chaos route with 13 routes every stop 15/20mins away from eachother. Long story short I got a message from the dsl that i am missing some money I came and checked and now I am missing a check from it. What the process when that happens?

I kinda hurt my lower back while trying to lift two dips off of the ground and hurt my back. I did went back to route next morning and covered someone as an RSA but in the middle of my route It got so worse that I couldn’t even move my legs so they called me back to DC and did the process. Now i got a email for the Meeting this Thursday. If you see my previous post they gave me such a hard time when I took because of being sick (literally telling me I’ll get terminated when i was physically not able to work). As a new rsa is there a way to get the route info like how many stops it got, the dollar amount for that day?

As an RSA the most annoying part is doing someone inventory. If i didn’t add or sold anything from it just let it put whatever it was yesterday. So what’s the fastest way to do inventor if there’s any?

I started 3 weeks ago Recently i got a very bad nose bleed at work that i have to go ER the doctor told me to take rest but I was still going to work and on my way I got another nose bleed and very bad headaches so i got pull over and texted my trainer about the situation he told me go back home and text the manager so I did. My DSL without any hesitation told me I can’t take off in my first 90 days no matter what. Then my manager called and told me the same story literally threatening with termination. I tried calling the HR to ask further but he never replied.
