Healing cream after ablative laser

My clinic didn't give me any healing cream or ointment after laser. It is still raw red after 3 days and I am abit worried. What medical grade ointment or cream would you recommend to apply to prevent scar? Thanks!

Beauty routine

Went to Seoul in June and has bought so many beauty products that I'm at a loss how do I start which product first.

Main concerns are dark spots and sun spots and milia seeds, clogged pores and sagging skin. In my late 40s so these issues are pretty standard.

I bought the following products:
Numbuzin 3+ Skin Softener, Mixsoon Bean Essence, ISOI Blemish Serum, VT Reedle Shot 100
Numbuzin 5+ glutathione serum, Leo Pharm Azalea Cream, Domina Cream black tube
Numbuzin 9+ NAD+ Biolifting, Menokin Lift Bubble Mask, Centellian24 lifting peptide cream
IOPE Retinol Super Bounce Serum, Numbuzin 3+ Bio-Retinol Serum
Rejuran Youth Formula Ampoule + cream, Rejuran Dual Effect Ampoule
Centellian24 mandeca cream, Aestura 365 cream, Aqua Squalene cream
Aestura & IOPE sunscreens

I only started opening the following products:
Leo Pharm Azalea Cream, Domina Cream black tube, Rejuran Dual Effect Ampoule, Centellian24 mandeca cream, Numbuzin 3+ Skin Softener + Bio-Retinol Serum.

How do I structure the beauty routine? How should I pair them for maximum benefits? How often should I use each product?

Recommendations for a Full-Day Private Driver or Taxi?

Does anyone have recommendations for a one-day private car with a driver or taxi?

I would like him to take our family to Cu Chi Tunnel Ben Duoc and a couple of shooting ranges nearby, Oasis Cafe and then drop us back to the city central.

I assume the drive is about 2–2.5 hours each way (around 4–5 hours of driving in total).

Would 2 hours be enough to explore the Ben Duoc Cu Chi Tunnels, or should I allow more time?

Lunch would take 1 hour. The shooting ranges would take around 1hr so about 2hrs for 2 ranges.

Oasis Cafe will take 30mins to 1hr.

Total: approx. 10-12 hours. From 7am to 7pm.

What would be a reasonable rate for such full day 10-12 hours?

Any recommendations for reliable private drivers or car charter or taxi services would be greatly appreciated!

Any special/unique cafes or activities in Saigon?

We are a family of 3 with a teenage boy. Any unique attractions or cafes or activities would you recommend for our first trip to Saigon?

We have planned most of the D1 attractions in the first 3 days but would still have another 5 more days. We would prefer cooler indoor activities with air-conditioning if possible. Thanks!

which hotel/resort is best in Mui Ne?

What is your experience with Pandanus Resort? Which is the most recommended resort or hotel in Mui Ne?

What is the usual one-way car transfer from Ho Chi Minh city to Mui Ne & back? There are 3 of us.

We are recommended 3,970,000 VND from some other hotels. Is this a fair price to pay? Thanks!

where to stay?

I have been to Seoul previously and stayed in Myeongdong. Already went to most places nearby Myeongdong including the palaces, DDP, Hongdae, Seongsu, War Museum etc & DMZ

For my next trip, I would like to stay in somewhere else. Which is the better area I should base myself at if I would like to go to these places listed below. Main criteria is great food options & ease of travel/transport. Would you recommend some affordable hotel? Thanks for your help in advance!

Sinsa & Garosu-gil, Dosan Park, Apgujeong Rodeo Street & Cheongdam
Hannamdong & Itaewon & Yongsan Haebangchon Village
Jamsil & Lotte World Mall & Seokchon Lake
Starfield Coex Mall & Goto Mall
Seongsu & Seoul Forest
Nami Island day trip
Another 4-5 days in Busan - easy to get to KTX.

Would Sinsa be a good choice?

My Experience vs Online Perception of Koreans

I hope this doesn’t come across as offensive. Before my trip, I had heard quite a lot of comments suggesting that Koreans can be rude or unfriendly, but my experience was completely different. Everyone I met was kind, helpful, and friendly—though perhaps not as formally polite as in Japan.

That said, I’ve noticed that Korean netizens can be quite harsh toward celebrities, whether they are actors or K-pop idols. I’m finding it difficult to reconcile this with my personal experience.

It almost feels like people may come across as warmer and more considerate in everyday interactions with foreigners than in online discussions about celebrities or public figures, and I’m trying to understand why that difference exists. For example, whatever happens to G-Dragon, Tablo, or even Kim Mu-yeol is quite beyond me—it’s hard to understand how people who are so loved can also be treated with such harshness online.

Aewol lunch - which is the best restaurant?

Jeju Gwanghae Aewol Main Branch (braised cutlass fish & abalone+ marinated crab) or

갈치깡패 애월점 Galchi Gangpae Aewol Branch (abalone+grilled/braised boneless hairtail) or

Chef Moon Dong-il’s Nokchagoeul (Green Tea Village) (green tea noodles with black pork steak) or

회가 서쪽에서 뜨겠네, 2454-1 aewol-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, South Korea (raw mackerel & raw seafood) or

회가 서쪽에서 뜨겠네 2454-1 aewol-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, South Korea (sashimi)

Has anyone been to these restaurants? I'd really appreciate any reviews or feedback.

Also, I've never eaten raw crab before. Should I be worried about food poisoning, or is it generally safe if the restaurant is reputable?

Food sharing in Jeju

I really can't manage the large food portions in Seoul, and I'll be heading back to Jeju in September with a friend who eats even less than I do. In Seoul, it often feels like sharing one dish isn't really encouraged. Is that usually the case in Jeju as well, or is it more acceptable to share one portion there?

Recommend clinic for pigmentation lasers

I have many sun spots or aging spots due to years of sunblock neglect. I have one particular spot of at least 10mm. In addition I have many skin tags and milia seeds as well.

Which laser would you recommend that would rectify these issues and would you recommend some effective clinics or doctor? Thanks!

What to do after post procedures/treatments?

I am still deliberating over either ultherapy or Potenza+ONDA-LinearZ as well as a pigmentation laser.

What are the recommended creams to apply and what other postcare should I be aware of? Thanks!

More advice needed for possible suitable treatments in Seoul

I’m in my late 40s with generally firm skin and only mild nasolabial folds, but I have a noticeable double chin after gaining over 20kg post-childbirth. Since my concern seems more related to volume than skin laxity, I’m unsure how much improvement Ultherapy Prime alone would give for jawline definition, and whether LinearZ + ONDA + Potenza might be more suitable even if the results are less long-lasting.

In addition, I have significant sun damage and skin congestion from years of not using sunscreen, including multiple sunspots, dark spots, clogged pores/bumps, and several raised lesions (possibly milia, skin tags, closed comedones, or seborrheic keratoses). I also have one large dark spot over 10mm.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to combine Ultherapy with lesion removal and pigmentation laser treatment in the same trip, or whether I should consider a separate clinic for pigmentation and skin texture issues since Hoan Clinic seems more focused on lifting procedures.

What treatment should I go for in Seoul?

I am in my late 40s and have combination skin with clogged pores, milia seeds and skin tag and many sunspots & dark spots and maybe mild sagging skin. Have put on alot of weight over the years and have an obvious double chin. I have booked an appt and opted for the comfort lifting package that consist of below and maybe to request also for removal of multiple skin tags/milia seeds
Potenza DDR/DIA 500 shots
LinearZ 1000 shots
Onda Lifting 60kj

I would not be coming to Seoul until 1-1.5 years later. I have heard that you need multiple sessions to see results. I am not sure if I would be wasting my money as this is not very cheap. Should I just opt for ultera prime instead? I only have less than a week in Seoul.
