Do all photos that are not editorial require a release?
I'm obviously new to this so please bear with me! I am trying to upload photos and categorize them as commercial, but it seems to always want a release form even though there are no people or recognizable buildings/landmarks.
Looking thru Grandma's old scrapbooks and found a photo of her friend Shirlie and a note that said she was married to a man in Louis Prima's band. Turns out the guy was Jimmy Dell who was later in a band called The Goofers. This clip is from the movie "Bop Girl Goes Calypso" that featured a couple of their songs.
From page 134 of the 1960 Westmont College yearbook: "Local hunkerers meet to discuss philosophy and related subjects. Bob Todd, Bill Kliewer, Skip Ross, Dr. Snapper, Pete McKean, Len Oakland, Bob Larson."
