Hi! For quite some time I keep having problem with eczema on my left palm but I was able to manage it. Some days it's worse, some days it's okay. However yesterday I showered and I tried new Avon (avoid at all cost!!!!) shower gel. Everything was alright but today I woke up and my skin flared up like crazy. Mini bumps, this "map"... Especially my palms are itchy and it's driving me crazy. Any product that can soothe my skin before I visit dermatologist? I know I should go and see doctor but I can do that on Friday, not now.

[Acne] estrofen (estrogen pills) are causing me bad acne... What to do?

My skin used to look so good but after I started taking estrogen pills (I didn't have any menstruation for several months due to low estrogen) this month my skin started acting crazy. Bumps, inflamed red skin, horrible texture, I am baffled how it got bad so quickly. I stopped using tretinoin because I didn't want to piss my skin off even more but no matter what I do (hydrating serums, drinking lot of water, stopping any exfoliating treatment) my acne is not getting any better. I got my menstruation back but I should be taking the pills for 3 month long period and I am on month one. Should I just suck it up and continue taking pills and hope my hormones will go to normal state or should I talk to my doctor or should I continue using tretinoin? Anyone got any similar experience? My skin didn't look that bad in a long time and it's making me miserable

How to store shredded fresh cabbage?

I used to cut cabbage into pieces, wash it, let it kinda dry overnight and put it in the plastic bag and take as much as I need. I didn't even store it in fridge because of lack of space. Now lately my cabbage starts to spoil much more faster, the borders of each piece get brown/grey and it's pretty annoying. Is it because of the humidity and hot weather? How can I store cabbage so that it can stay fresh for longer? Should I skip the washing part and only wash when I want to eat it?

my 10 years old laptop is probably dying?

hi everyone, my laptop is old and for some time extremely slow. like not 5/30 second delay slow, it's like "lags and doesn't show what you typed in search bar for minutes" kind of slow. it has gotten to the point where it's unbearable. my disc is always at 100%, cpu is 80-100%, fan is pretty hot and probably overheating and everything takes century to load.

after some searching I should clean up files, start backing up my stuff because I am playing with fire and it looks like I need to buy SSD. i run c:/OS on 1tb hdd and it's probably slowly dying. my question is: is truly ssd my only solution and if yes, is it enough to save my old laptop?

I know I tend to have 30 open chrome tabs but that can't be the only reason... mind you I try to restart my laptop naively hoping it would make it run faster just to see same issues again and again.

Tldr: old laptop is extremely slow. is new SSD to run win10 os only solution or am I just delaying for little bit inevitable death and I should invest in new device?

Hi everyone, I know I am in minority but I don't think using AI is actually good idea for business. First of all, there is no way in hell I will trust AI with sensitive and private data. I can't wrap my head around the fact how blindly people trust ai answers, let alone they let ai make business decisions and whatnot. But the biggest reason is actually the fact that this is hook and bait scheme. Ai now is cheap/affordable but once these companies are sure you are relying on them they will hike up those prices like crazy and it will be more costly to use ai than to have real human workers. Like does no one realize that? Personally I don't want to rely on ai to do stuff for me just to be forced to do it without ai in year or two. Also brands that use ai in design or articles automatically lose trust with me because if you are cutting corners here, what can I expect from you in future?

For example if I am looking for screenshots of recipes, location, book name, event info and stuff like that. Does anyone have recommendations?
