Rita mentions to Serena that she has a 19 year old son. How come she is a cook instead of a handmaid if she's fertile and had a child before who survived (until the war)?
I'm watching the show for the first time properly (I started S1 years ago but found it so slow - trying again now and enjoying it a bit more).
I'm on Ep5 and Ofglen has just stolen a car and driven round in circles.
I don't really understand her motivation here - at first I thought she was trying to escape but then she just circles around and kills a guy.
Was she just desperate for a feeling of freedom? Or was she deliberately trying to get out of being a Handmaiden because of everything they did to her, even if that meant death/colonies?
The older I get, the more I rewatch this show, the less I believe these scenarios.
There are so many instances where older women (not necessarily 30+, just older than teenagers) like younger guys (mainly Nate and Chuck). I know the prostitutes Chuck pays for are working but surely even they have standards not to sleep with minors.
The cougar storylines with Nate are one thing. But any time a college girl or working girl, or teacher sleeps with Nate, Chuck or Dan I just don't believe it 😭
I'm now 26 and I think teenage boys are babies! I can't even look at a 24 year old man and not see him as too immature lol.

I feel like I'm going crazy - a few months ago, I was looking for a BYOB venue closeish to Rochester. A lot of them don't let you bring spirits or charge a corkage for bottles.
However, I found a glamping site that allows you to BYOB with no corkage because they don't have an alcohol license.
I think it was about 20 mins from Rochester, but I might be wrong. It was definitely around those areas of Kent, though. They said they didn't really have accommodation on site other than the glamping pods but that you can bring your own tent.
But now I can't find it anywhere!!! I can't remember the name of it. Does anyone know what it's called?
(Apologies for the relfection) This is one of my biggest pet peeves in the whole show. I HATE how fake this plane is. There isn't even any glass 😭😭 the way it just jiggles about.
For someone who is ALWAYS criticising literal children for crying, when they get screamed at, bullied, make a mistake, etc, Abby cries an awful lot. Especially in some of the later series when they keep losing, and she has legal issues ongoing.
Cracked me up when she was invited to the Grammys after Chandelier, Abby said "I'm going to the Grammys!" And Maddie says "Abby thinks I'm going with her to the grammys but I'm really not" 😭😭
What do you think is the most cringy scene for you?
I think Aria accidentally calling Ezra by his name when they're practicing for the school play might be my most most cringe worthy.
