People often ask if the bottom will grow offshoots or another main stem. As you can see here it will do both at the same time! I really wanted to love the PPP but its leaves and just the plant in general leave me blah. So I chopped it and this is the bottom section.
This one is currently hanging out under the gazebo. These all started as 1 leaf cuttings from the mother plant. The ones in the center are still only a couple leaves but the ones I put around the edge have become amazing looking! Its easy I can help!
From compost to fertilizer ask me how!
I have ordered this Alocasia Dragonscale mint from eBay and it's my first time having an alocasia. The seller says that it has been in the same cup and moss for over 6 months. Now, I have put her back inside the dome that it comes with it as I need to pop out outside for a couple of hours. Is it safe to repot it later when I get home or tomorrow? I have a Lechuza mini cubi pot and I am going to use Lechuza pon as a substrate. Many thanks!
This beauty just keeps giving pups and corms. This is the mother plant to several in my collection!
My current props. I prop them and my wife gives them away. Lol They are wonderful gifts to give!
This is actually the smaller section of my larger one that got so big it fell over off the stand and broke in two.
Started years ago and the yearly reward of starting the garden anew never gets old.
How does everyone cope with the extreme temperatures?

These all came from the same mother planr and couldn't be happier.
Sphagnum moss, distilled water, good lighting and patience. So fun to watch the progress!
