Tried to bake a simple loaf. At recommended temp. Bottom shelf. After an hour; completely burnt on top and wet inside. Saving up for a breville smart oven, fuck this. Lol

The hardest part isn't not eating for 23 hours; its trying to consume 1300 in one hour. (90kg, 161cm) I actually can't get through it all, its as though my gut has just shrunk during the fast.
My meal:
Lean beef mince (100g around), 140g chicken breast with frozen mix veg and some cottage cheese. SO HEAVY. Today I couldn't get through this whole bowl.
Probiotic yog, strawberries.
Stick of gouda.
My regular coffee with full cream milk.
Small cup of juice.
Large banana.
And throughout the first day just 2 large bottles of water.
What are some 'lighter' meal ideas to break that long fast that would be easier to consume? I eat in the morning. Might it be better to eat at night? I'd also like to incorp gym into this; I mostly do cardio and weights.
And it exfoliates. Super super nice. Not as aesthetic but that smell is so luxuriousssss

I need to renew it NOW so I can drive to work TOMORROW.
Genuinely didn't think this would be so hard of a task? I come from adelaide - the ezy reg app takes 5 seconds to do and I don't require a stupid email sent WITHIN 24 HOURS for simply selecting a different renewal period.

I weighed in at 92.5kg June 1, ON MY PERIOD. 203.9lbs for the yanks.
2 weeks later, today I weigh......91.7kg. 202.16lbs.
91.7 fuckin kilos.
I am so disappointed. All that work, and for WHAT? I'm on about 1500 cals. I've tracked. Prepped all my food. At home weights, gym cardio and weights, 1.15 hour walks some days 15-20k steps, all for a 0.8kg loss in 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS. Not 0.8kg per week. 2 weeks. 14 days.
WHY BOTHER.
Ok; now using the flat basket. I BOUGHT FRESH BEANS. Have measured 18g specifically. Have tamped. Still runs too fast and now it's not even hitting the bloody espresso range. I've tried going coarser, I've tried going finer and absolutely NOTHING is working to pull a good shot and I'm about to smash this machine against a wall.
Please help an obvious noob who hasn't got a clue.
Beforehand when I first got it; grind was at about 6 and amount at the halfway point for these specific beans and I was stupidly using the double wall basket for fresh beans. I've now changed to single wall basket.
The beans i'm using best before date: 02/03/2028. Please recommend me settings.

My barrista express has started struggling to pour consistent honey-like shots. It starts extracting like so for a second and then drips, not pouring a full shot. I have since tried following instructions by increasing the coarsness to level 8, and decreasing the grind amount but i'm still having the same issue. I have also descaled the whole machine and am mindfull of my tamp pressure. Any advice? Could it just be the state of the beans? Please help :(
