This is day 3. I had to change my pad 4-5x that day because my pad looked like this. Maybe slightly more soaked. I often also could feel the blood coming out from me, which I typically do during a period. This period is just lighter than usual and also a few days later than my last cycle.
What can I do??? I’m really gentle with my hair.
It can’t be hormonal because my testosterone and oestrogen are normal. It could maybe be my vitamin d deficiency which I’m currently working-on.
My hair gets tangles super easily, I’m scared to brush it. At home, I always wear my silk bonnet to protect my hair from further damage…

I’m an only child. With daddy issues. (My dad doesn’t love me, is a narcissist and cheated on my mom over and over infront of her bare eyes, they got divorced and since I live with my mom and occasionally saw my dad once a week)
It’s impossible for me to have friends.
They’re either arrogant, envious, self-centred and have a bunch of other friends other than me.
I never really had a best friend either.
On the one hand I’m coo with it because I like being alone. But I also feel like everyone makes fun of me secretly and doesn’t like me. (I was bullied and excluded often as a teen/kid)
I wonder why? Do I hurt people without realising? Because I can be slow often.
I much rather have male friends, if their only intent wasn’t to f… me.
Men are nice, not bitchy. Men are straight forward. I like men far more than women, friendship-wise. Without trying to be pick-me.
