Sometime between 1994 and 2002 i watched a weird movie, i dont remember much since i was very young but i remember that the artstyle being all green and rarely blue, i also remember it being aired on the channel "La Cinquième" (now france 5, also it explain the year), it was kinda experimental and i mostly remember it because i had nightmares from a scene i seen where the artstyle was blue and that we see a person drowning...

Now i trying to find it after all those years to find what traumatized me as a child
