AI expertise: how much should I charge, and should I diversify?

PM in Big Tech, in AI. I get calls from multiple ENs across the spectrum of AI - models, hardware, service providers, etc.

1/ How much should I be charging? I've gone from $150/hr to $600/hr over the past few months. I feel like given my expertise and the repeat calls on similar topics, I'm probably a handful of folks doing this and am probably charging at the low end. Is $1000 too high and would effectively price me out of engagements?

2/ While I have been taking calls in my primary area, I feel that a lot of the calls are with investment firms etc. who're looking for high level information. I could provide my views on adjacent areas as well at that altitude. Thus I'm thinking I should express interest in other topics as well instead of simply responding with "not a fit". How do folks here affinitize themselves to topics - narrow or broad?

Costco Package with All Star Music for 5 nights/4 days for $3200?

First time planning a visit to Disney Orlando. Appreciate any advice. Should I book the above with Costco Travel online or call them for a better deal. Another option is booking separately and staying outside for 2200 (4 day pass) + 700 (offsite Hilton + breakfast). What would you do? Some additional data:
1/ We'd like to have options to eat out or at least order in (Uber Eats) and not be limited to the onsite dining options.
2/ We're OK with Uber-ing to/fro since driving seems a hassle and parking adds up everywhere.
3/ Timing: around Thanksgiving; 2 adults+1 kid

FAANG -> G-Research affiliated company?

Expecting an offer for a very senior (C-suite) position at a company affiliated with the group of companies also associated with G-Research.

Wondering what TC I should expect. I've shared my current top-tier FAANG TC transparently since I don't expect them to match much less beat.
How about other non-tangibles?

This is in AI infra and US-based.

Main and Bellevue, SE intersection. What’s coming up?

What’s coming up at that intersection where there used to be the vet, H&R Block, a recently opened Indian restaurant, an even more recently opened Mahjong place and a 7-11 that’s always been there? Another tall condo building?

[US] Way to search inventory across the country?

Searching didn't yield any relevant results, so asking. Is there a way to search inventory across the country for my specific model+config and not be limited to doing it by zip? Basically I'm interested in the P4 LRSM+Pilot and nowhere around me has it.

Help me make sense of the offer

While I'm not looking to get rid of my car (we keep them for a long time), I was curious to understand this unsolicited offer. Could I stack the following:

6000 + 2000 + 2856 + trade-in value of my '23 est. 22,000

if I buy a new '26 model?

Am I understanding this correctly?

BTW I also asked this to the dealer!

Where for: Luggage repair or buy cheap new

Tourist in your beautiful city. I busted my (carry on size, expandable) luggage lugging it around your (beautiful) cobblestone streets. Where can I get a wheel repaired? Alternatively if it’ll cost a lot, I’d rather buy a new one. Any suggestions on places for either?

Fix or Buy Alesis Nitro Kick

My kick pad / tower just stopped working. Some days ago, I had flipped the sensor inside and that had increased the sensitivity. Now even touching the sensor with bare hands doesn't make any sound - its done.
Any guidance on fixing it? Any similar cheap part I can buy off eBay?

Set up the Alesis Nitro Mesh drum kit. Using Preset 001, the kick tower doesn't seems to produce much sound from the speakers; I hear more of the actual hitting of the pedal. But when I press the Kick button on the module, it sounds "better" and definitely more from the speakers. Somehow Preset kit 002 sounds better for the kick tower, but I don't prefer the Snare's sound.
Please help - how can I ensure that kicking the kick tower produces the same type of sound that pressing the button does? Clearly, the module is registering the kick since the red light comes on. Could it be that the mesh is damaged? Or that it needs to be adjusted (tightened / loosened)? I feel the mesh isn't fully symmetric as there is less space on one side than the other. Appreciate any guidance.
