TN planners

Wonderland 222 will now have a TN planner size called W1. Has anyone looked at this one yet? What layout do you prefer in a TN planner?

The vertical layout seems too squished. The horizontal layout would be better imo as a 2 page spread instead of similar to Hobo weeks. I could always remake the layout, but that would be for every week.

This year I've been using a W222 A5 vertical week layout. Before this year I used hobonichi. I switched due to pen and marker bleeding.

accessible bikes?

We will be staying at Hilton Head Island, SC next week. We plan to rent bikes to explore the island. My 15 yr old is blind and likes to ride accessible tandem bikes. I can't find any shops online that list accessible bikes, does anyone know if there are any on the island?

13 mini and garmin watch

Thinking about switching from Apple Watch to a garmin watch. I’ve seen a lot of people having connectivity issues with iPhones. But all those people have newer phones. They say they have to resync the device all the time.

Anyone have a garmin watch with the 13 mini? Connection issues? Sync issues? Does find my phone still work?

Finally switching from apple!

Update: I’m looking at the epix gen 2 renewed on Amazon for $299. 16 days battery life. 42 hours in gps mode. I might actually wear it more if it lasts 16 days!

I've recently decided I am done with Apple Watches. I have the 2nd gen SE and found out it will not get the new update this year. I have been wearing it a lot less recently due to the battery not lasting and have moved away from instant notifications. I’ve heard garmin is better for fitness tracking.

Now I need help deciding what Garmin to get! I have a small wrist and don't like the chunky looking watches. I need one that will last hours while activity tracking. Last month my Apple Watch died 3 hours into a backcountry split board on Mt Rainier. I would like one that would also last 13-15 hours while mountaineering. Other activities include, road biking, minimal swimming, paddling, hiking, running, snowboarding, bc ski.

I like the minimal look of the Venu, forerunner, and vivoactive. But don't know if they would be good on a mountain climb.

EDIT: I’m not looking for an everyday wear watch. Just something for activity tracking. I don’t have to be able to load maps or anything of the like. Just gps to look at during or after the fact. If the battery lasts up to 13/15 hours running gps then I don’t need solar charging. Might be interested in the sleep tracking.

TIA
