What’s a practical way to practice shadow work in everyday routine?

I want to find a practical way to practice shadow work and heal some of my old wounds, but in a way that I can incorporate into my daily routine. That’s generally how I like to approach self-improvement, by making it something practical and consistent that I can actually do every day. Thanks!

Do you consider 2nd gen kenyans in the west, Kenyans?

As a British-Kenyan, I’m curious as to the collective opinion of Kenyans back home. What are your opinions on 2nd Generation Kenyans in Canada, UK, US etc in terms of belonging to Kenyan culture? Do you think they’re welcomed in Kenya or belong there?

“He needs a hug” sounds condescending

I don’t know, that phrase always comes across as condescending to me. It rarely feels compassionate, it feels like dismissive pity, reducing someone’s point to “they’re just hurting” instead of engaging with what they said. Feels like an equivalent to “aww, he’s sad bless him” like they’re a helpless cat or something.

What is the sexiest trait in each sign of men?

As a straight cancer man, I’m curious on what the ladies of this sub think the sexiest trait of each sign of men are?

E.g the sexiest trait of a Scorpio man is so and so, and the sexiest trait about a cancer man is x and y.
