I found a box of these drinking cups- all glass. I thought I could use them for end of the year teacher gifts but I can’t get past just “putting stuff in it”- do you have any ideas? Or is this a bad idea to begin with?

I’m pre-diabetic. I’m taking 1.5 and it’s my second week. I’m supposed to check my blood sugar every morning and so far it’s been good. This morning it was 67 which is low- and I felt jittery also. I had already taken my pill but I felt like I needed something for my blood sugar so I had 1/4 cup applesauce. In the future, what should I do? Any advice welcome.
My arfid kid doesn't even look at porridge texture, or stews. However, his dietition asked us to add more legume to his diet, but how?
