Last day of my 20s

Anybody any advice for the big 30?

ETA: Thoroughly enjoying the advice, thank you. Luckily I don’t drink, and am an avid gym-goer and fitness class taker. I also eat quite well!

Another post about “reserving” street parking

Been having an issue with a fella placing bins along the footpath on the side of his house to “reserve” the space. Incidentally, he also accosts other residents that park on the second, other footpath outside his house. In fact, he gets so irate about us lifelong residents of this street using “his” two parking spots, like we’ve done our entire driving lives, that he got a translator to do his slabbering for him (he doesn’t speak English). Incidentally, he never attempts to intimidate male neighbours out of parking in “his” spaces. Only seems to glare at the women as the drive past, and mutter at us.

I placed the note back on his car with the underside written on, second pic. What the fuck is actually going on with the entitlement of people. Probably safer for me to just park elsewhere, but then the bullies win. As usual in this place.

ETA: re the translator - my (female) next door neighbour had this fella and another fella come out to speak to her in person, and the second fella acted as translator

How to know if depression is coming?

Long story short: F(29) based in UK. Periods of depression as a teenager and early 20s. I have bad OCD, took a tetracyclic antidepressant in 2020 and had a long period of hypomania (not recognised at the time). Took an SSRI in 2025 for OCD and had a slow-burn hypomanic episode that got me diagnosed (privately) as bipolar type II. NHS are still undertaking their assessment to clarify whether it's actually bipolar or not.

Basically, during this long-term assessment phase via NHS, I've been put on a different SSRI to treat my OCD (my main complaint). No other medication. I was fine for 2 months-ish, then started doing a tonne of tasks, took out 3 credit cards, gained £4k debt and exercised to the ends of the earth. My MH team said it seemed like hypomania but they weren't concerned about my decision-making capacity, I should continue with the medication and call them if things get worse.
That only lasted maybe 2 weeks? Then I went back to baseline. That hypomanic period was at the beginning of May (approx 1 month ago), and ceased by mid-late May.

Today I've woken up and everything is devoid of joy. I haven't experienced "depression" since my early 20s, and it was very all-encompassing for really long periods. Since this morning, everything has felt so boring and unfulfilling. I don't want to eat. I went to my favourite cafe earlier and left after 10 minutes. I don't want to do anything.

I'm concerned that I'm about to get depressed. I don't even know if I have bipolar at this stage, so any unexpected mood changes are really concerning and throwing me off. What are your signs of depression coming? I am really hoping it's just an off-day, but the difference in how I feel is SO stark that I'm really stressed about it.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any input.

Hypo symptoms, but not hypothyroid?

Guys I feel like I’m going crazy! I’m dx Hashi’s (TPO, TgAb, ultrasound) but have never had TSH, T3 or T4 out of range.

However, I’m always absolutely FREEZING. It’s a nightmare. Brittle hair, nails that tear and rip instantly, joint pain, the works.

Doc says it’s not Hashimoto’s because my thyroid hormones are fine. Has anybody experienced this?

Multiple mediums ignoring booking queries - is it a sign gn?

Long story short - I’ve tried to enquire about booking readings on multiple different occasions, with different medium and tarot providers. Each of these providers has either outright ignored (sometimes multiple) messages, or told me they’d get back in touch with availability - then ignored me when I’ve chased it up.

I’m really polite, not aggressive, not pushy and more than agreeable to all prices. I cannot see anything wrong with the way I’ve communicated. An example of a message I sent the other day to a tarot reader:

“Hey what are your prices / booking process please ? Thanks xx”

This particular message was sent as there was no available information on their social media about either answer. They’ve since posted on their Instagram stories about “dm’ing to book”, so I don’t know why my message was ignored :(

As mentioned, this has happened with 3 or 4 different providers, and all of these readers and mediums are active on social media, posting regular content about new clients.

Is this a sign from the universe or elsewhere that I shouldn’t pursue a reading?

Many thanks
