How much is everyone paying for a can of Sardines?
I recently got a 12 pack of Matiz Sardines for $71. So about $6 per can.

What brand do you like?
A lot of the popular dividend ETFs, and International ETFs in particular, seem very concentrated in economically sensitive areas. When the market cycle eventually returns how will it affect your dividend portfolio?
(A) Dividend Growth- less income more growth
(B) Steady Income -more income less growth
(C) Contrarian-Blood in the water opportunities
(D) Covered calls funds
An example of (A) would be VIG.
An example of (B) would be Vanguard Equity Income fund or VYM
At what yield would you be tempted to buy :
(A) 10 year Treasuries
(B) IG Corporate bonds
(C) High Yield bonds
(D) I would not buy bonds at any yield.
International products include bonds as well as dividends and covered call funds.
Or least favorite.
Looking for ideas. I use a mutual fund for my international dividends so I do not have one.
Thanks for all the replies. I notice that a lot are at their 52 week highs.
What percent of your portfolio is in income producing products such as dividend stocks, CEFs and Covered Call funds? Also are you retired or still working? Thanks.
Aside from Nuri.
What brands do you like?
If you remember SCHD was down- 3:23 and YVM was down - 0.46 while a dividend fund that no-one talks about was up + 8.09.
For a traditional dividend portfolio what do you think is a sustainable annual rate of return? I am thinking 3-4% from dividends and then 3-4% from price appreciation of the underlying stocks. Which works out to a 6-8% annual return. Thoughts?
Are you
(A) Retired
(B) Close to retirement or thinking about retirement
(C) Not close to retirement
Also what percentage of your portfolio is in Covered Calls ETFs?
Which do you prefer? The 5 and 10 year performance are similar. What worries me about VYMI is the percentage in financials 44%.
If you had to choose between the Motto by Hilton Times Square or the Doubletree Times Square West which would you pick. I have stayed at the Doubletree several times but the Motto seems more modern. I am traveling solo so I don’t mind a small room.
I like the Stinger in the Intercontinental Times Square. I also like the rooftop bar at the Hilton Times Square South.
I am thinking of seeing Operation Mincemeat at the John Golden Theatre. I am a tall big guy and I would appreciate any advice as to what section I should sit in and which I should avoid. I also like to sit close to the bathroom. Thanks
Have a backward facing seat in the quiet car of the Acela or a forward facing seat in the business section?
I got an email from Amtrak with updated tickets for several previously booked trips. I assume the reason for the new tickets is because they have changed the train from an old Acela to a new one or vice versa. However I cannot see my seat assignment. When I hit the trip tools button the change seat tab is missing. I had booked a seat in the quiet car.
