How diversified is your Dividend Portfolio?

A lot of the popular dividend ETFs, and International ETFs in particular, seem very concentrated in economically sensitive areas. When the market cycle eventually returns how will it affect your dividend portfolio?

Favorite non-USA dividend stock.

Looking for ideas. I use a mutual fund for my international dividends so I do not have one.

Thanks for all the replies. I notice that a lot are at their 52 week highs.

Sustainable rate of return for a dividend portfolio?

For a traditional dividend portfolio what do you think is a sustainable annual rate of return? I am thinking 3-4% from dividends and then 3-4% from price appreciation of the underlying stocks. Which works out to a 6-8% annual return. Thoughts?

VYMI versus IDOG

Which do you prefer? The 5 and 10 year performance are similar. What worries me about VYMI is the percentage in financials 44%.

Which Hilton do you prefer?

If you had to choose between the Motto by Hilton Times Square or the Doubletree Times Square West which would you pick. I have stayed at the Doubletree several times but the Motto seems more modern. I am traveling solo so I don’t mind a small room.

John Golden Theatre

I am thinking of seeing Operation Mincemeat at the John Golden Theatre. I am a tall big guy and I would appreciate any advice as to what section I should sit in and which I should avoid. I also like to sit close to the bathroom. Thanks

Would you rather?

Have a backward facing seat in the quiet car of the Acela or a forward facing seat in the business section?

Unable to see seat assignment

I got an email from Amtrak with updated tickets for several previously booked trips. I assume the reason for the new tickets is because they have changed the train from an old Acela to a new one or vice versa. However I cannot see my seat assignment. When I hit the trip tools button the change seat tab is missing. I had booked a seat in the quiet car.
