Has anyone’s prolapse remained stable with a cube pessary?

Got fitted for a cube pessary today, felt really good and I’m so pleased with it. I don’t like taking it out though, for some reason I worry I’m doing damage especially because I have to try get it past my urethrocele.

Has a pessary helped your prolapse remaine stable?

Wet trickling sensation near tail bone - but not wet!

I started to get a strange sensation to the left on my tail bone near my buttock, I felt like I had something wet trickling down and this was happening every now and again.

Then been suffering here and there with tail bone and sacral pain.

It’s kind of eased off after focusing on some strengthening but soon comes back if I do kegels or intense ab work.

I went mountain biking on the weekend and my pelvic floor feels a bit loss of sensation etc but I keep getting that wet trickling feeling again near my tail bone?

Any ideas?

Irritation bump / want to change stud.

So it’s been 7 weeks since I had my nose pierced, it was healing really really well! But think my stud is a bit clunky and to big so now I have an irritation bump - I want to change it for this reason to a smaller top.

How do I know what size I need? I’ll go back to the piercing shop to get it done but I want to buy my own and make sure it’s good quality. I see different size online like 18g etc?

Is the urethrocele the walnut?

Can anyone tell me if a urethrocele is same as a walnut?

It’s right at my entrance. So the bottom of my vaginal wall is basically at my opening but it’s a rock hard bump that I can push backwards. Just nervous about how much worse it can get? You can only see it if I open my area apart but how far down can it actually get???

Anyone used estrogen cream and has it helped?

I have a urethrocele and laxity on my front wall. Has anyone use estrogen cream and did it help them? I’m 29 and just been given it after ages asking.

I have awful heavy bladder feeling, slow stream, frequency.

My urethra tissue / front wall area is right at my entrance and I know this won’t change but I’m hoping it helps it become less noticeable and prevents it getting worse?

Has anyone in their 20s or early thirties on estrogen cream? Has it helped you? If so, what has it helped you with?

I’ve just started taking it and hoping it helps with my urinary issues. I’m 29 with a tight pelvic floor.

Help! Never ending battle

I’ve seen so many pt’s over the past year, I had pelvic surgery last June (I’m female) and 3 weeks later I had symptoms of a hypertonic pelvic floor and this was confirmed. All along since my surgery I have thought my urethra has dropped against my vaginal wall, and it’s now at my entrance - only just had this recently confirmed and been told it’s mild.

I had really good pelvic floor strength when this all started, but over the past year it’s gone to shit. I feel like I can’t engage it fully without using my back, tail bone etc and things like opening doors and pushing heavy things etc are so difficult because my pelvic floor won’t engage how it should. I really feel like I need to strengthen?

Been told I can start to strengthen as the tension doesn’t feel like it’s there anymore but I feel like it is still there? Even though my muscle tone has decreased (evidently!) there is still something happening because when I try kegel, or gently zip my pelvic floor up to my core my bladder feels awful and my tail bone flares.

My symptoms are frequent urination, can’t pass gas properly, heavy bladder feeling, slow stream, weak core, and issues coordinating bowel movements, reduced sexual sensation, half orgasms, nerves are sensitive when ive been sat on a bike seat etc.

For example I can’t even carry a light backpack with a bottle of water in it, because I feel like my pelvic floor is going to give way.

I’ve just been prescribed estrogen cream after begging months for it. I’m on day 3 of the load phase when next week I’ll just apply twice a week going forward.

Any ideas?

So I’m worried I have a prolapse because when I put my finger inside laying down or standing up, I can’t find my cervix because my front wall especially at the top of where my finger reaches kind of curves downwards? Like there’s more of my bladder wall at the top of my vagina and then it kind of curves back to where I’d imagine the wall to be?

Is that normal or does it sound like a prolapse?
