Finally started to hit my growth spurt at 18, my puberty wss very delayed do I hop on hgh?

I am 18 years old and randomly in may my appetite was crazy now in June i am showing signs of Acromegaly and giantism or is this normal ,

I am 18 and my feet are growing and clothes don’t fit anymore and my spine and eyesight is getting worst my tongue is getting bigger the backpain is unbearable and tbh i dont see my height changing my neck is just getting longer is it over for me?

Going through an insane growth spurt but suffer from coliosis, kyphosis, and your forward posture How do I fix these things or do I just need to get my weight up
