Just got my front teeth fixed from stain damage how can I prevent them from chipping or staining

18M 98lbs 5,7 want to reach 120lbs already eat 4 eggs a day on top of my normal eating and a mass gainer a day not seeing much difference been doing this for a 3 weeks now

Healthy or not idc been under weight for a while man it sucks
