What happened right before your SP reached out?

I adopted my 5 year old cat almost 5 months ago and I’m still struggling. Mostly with feeding. He used to sleep through the night and then it stopped.
I haven’t slept well since. He eats wet food 2x daily at 6am and 6pm and 2 tablespoons of dry food at 10pm. But he wakes me up at 5:30am by scratching my rugs and since I don’t want them ruined, I react.
I just got the automatic wet feeder from petlibro! And I’ve started setting it for 6am hoping he waits by the machine (like he does for the dry food at 10pm) instead of bothering me.
Tonight I’m going to cover my rug with towels and do my best to completely ignore.
I have adhd and ocd and I’ve felt literally scatterbrained and stupid for a long time now with the lack of sleep and ways it’s impaired my function.
Can someone please tell me it just takes time to all sort out?
I’m 10 days in on my strict self concept journey and mental diet.
A few things I’m noticing:
\- sp affirmations are now boring to me
\- I look in the mirror and think, “omg I’m so gorgeous!”
\- I’m finding new ways to make myself feel and look better!
\- had a couple people from my past reach out
\- ended up getting a part time job in the neighborhood right next to my SP’s 👀
\- already stopped checking for results in any way shape or form
\- LOTS of angel numbers. 444, 555, and 333!
I’ve been looping affirmations and listening to a recorded track I made as well as doing EFT tapping.
Circumstances don’t I haven’t seen him in over a year. Last “movement” was him liking an IG story in August.
Has anyone had an SP resurface after a time gap like that?

- someone I haven’t spoken to in years reached out, and another in months.

I used to use chat to help me with manifesting but now every response starts with, “let’s stay grounded/in reality” so annoying. Did anyone else have this?
