there seems to be a lot of just floating debris in my tank, i did a water change last night and i assumed it would clear up by morning though its just as bad. i am not sure why though? in this photo of my boy chum you can kinda see what i mean though. any thoughts?

maybe one day i will be happy with my tank but after this water change and all the mulm kicked up...😝 todays not the day

found this guy at work, unfortunately was suffering from pesticide though ive no idea what kind of centipede this is! found in jacksonville, nc

does my peter look like a bold? he was sold to me as a regal but i think otherwise. regardless i love him with all my heart he is literally the best little guy

any name ideas? i think this regal is a male but I'm
not 100% until he matures some more.

what could comfortably live in here long term? was looking at some pink toes but dont know if they need bigger? also willing to adjust anything in this if necessary as its just an old enclosure i have

she is a bit fat ATM cause of a dropped cricket situation but i am keeping an eye on her! she is gorgeous

just to clarify that there is nothing going into this cube yet, just got my first sling (chaco golden knee) and i wanted to go ahead and get what i thought the forever home would be, unfortunately i didnt know til afterwards that this is to small but i would like to know what species i could put in there permanently! i will still use it for my golden knee until it outgrows it, and ive got a good 10 gallon for it as well.
i am aware that the mesh isnt safe so i will be replacing it but i dont know for sure what to replace it with. would a lace fabric work?

someone(not naming names) has gotten placed into the box of shame since she wont stop eating the other tank inhabitants and is extremely fat. will fast her for a day and see how she does. i do believe she also has some eggs but im not 100% on that front

currently rescued a betta, did a salt bath with some aquarium salt as i do not have epsom salt on hand. he is extremely thin and refusing food(ive tried frozen bloodworms and bug bites) he either stays laying at the bottom or sits horizontally in the water. i picked him up because i wanted to try to help, if anything give him a comfortable final last days if i cannot help him. any advice would be appreciated as i do think its a swim bladder disease but im not 100% sure. i do apologize for the low quality photos, i do not want to stress him more than necessary with the lights, he is in a half filled 10 gallon, and i couldnt lower it anymore than that so ive also placed him in a breeder box just to make it as shallow as i possibly can for him. this is just a tank i've had running with nothing but some snails, in it(pest snails im not worried about) and so i figured if he does make it i can redo it for him.

so i attempted to do a blackworm culture in with my girl, it did not occur to me that she would eat every single one of them all at once... i havent fed her anything else for a few days but she is extremely fat and im so worried😭😭 is there anything i can do?

since he is brand new i wouldnt want to stress him out to much just so i can view him, but because he isnt totally invisible i am going to leave it for now until he is more comfortable.
