I am disabled (major mental illness), 40 years old female. No children. I live with my dad. I get SSDI at $1441.90 a month and then they take out the Medicare premium of $202.xx. My job just recently eliminated my position and I am now in a different position where I will make way less money then before. I basically will be making min wage at $12.77 now plus *maybe* a .15 raise I just got. I am not sure if they are really going to add the raise. I will be working either 12 or 18 hours a week. My new position is already driving me crazy and I don't know if I can mentally handle it. I lost my medicaid at the end of last year when all the changes happened. I made too much under my previous position. I have spent at least $3170.30 in Medicare premiums, copays and prescription costs so far for this year. When they told me I had a spend down it was some ridiculous amount like $7k. I think.

I read about Medicaid Works program. I am not sure how that exactly works or if I might now be eligible.

I recently spent so much money on my medications that I capped out at out of pocket costs for UHC. I think my meds should all be covered now for the rest of the year but not sure yet. Haven't refilled yet. I am now in catastrophic prescription coverage with UHC.

I don't know what other info I might need to give. Just trying to find out my options now. This is really stressful.

Had a doordasher come in screaming at me because I was working in the back and didn't drop everything I was doing and help her. The order wasn't even ready yet. I don't know how to block them in the system but I called Doordash. They said they unassigned them but I think it was too late. Can someone please tell me how to block her cause I'm not going to be verbally abused by a lazy ass bitch.

I was 19 and stupid. I worked for AutoZone for I think 2 years back in 2004ish. I got frustrated one day on shift and just quit right then and there. I have non rehire Status apparently. I applied for my local AutoZone last year and got hired in interview but ran into non rehire Status. Is there anyone in HR I can beg to get reconsidered for rehire? I am currently working at Pizza Hut for the last 5 years and they are getting rid of drivers. They are making me an insider and it's a major cut to my pay.

I have worked at Advance Auto Parts for 9 years straight before. So there's that.

I don't mind working stressful auto parts jobs now. Bonus points if I can be a delivery driver for them!

I was working for a pizza place as a delivery driver. For the past 5 years. They just dropped a bomb on us drivers that they are getting rid of us and going strictly to doordash. They "offered" to let us work as insiders and make min. wage instead. I worked part time, about 18-24 hours a week and made around $1200-$1400 a month. Now I would have to work at least 30 hours a week doing the same exact stuff as I did as a driver inside when not on deliveries but not get any tips. I feel like it's a huge 'fuck you' from my company. I need to find another job. I applied to several. Got an interview and hired at Papa Johns but I failed the background check. I have assault and battery on officer that happened 5 years ago.

The only trouble I have been in since is a speeding ticket. I live in South Eastern VA.

I am on disability and need to try to find part time jobs, I am trying not to stay in the food business. It kills me inside. I went to school for Auto Body repair but it seems I can't even pass background checks for that.

Where is out there for me? Am I just fucked?

My job as a pizza delivery driver is getting phased out. They want me to work inside and take a huge pay cut. I am looking for another job but always have issues with answering the question about what happened with my felony. I always feel I give way too much info about it and what I say doesn't sound any better for getting a job. I need some advice about how to answer this question.

Back in 2019 I had a suicide attempt. The cops showed up and I ran to a nearby school to hide in the field there (it was at night) because I have had horrible experiences in psych wards and didn't want to go to one again. They used a dog and found me. I decided to lie and say I wasn't suicidal thinking that would get me from going to the psych ward. Well, if just pissed off the Sargent and he told the other officers to turn off their body cams and he proceeded to man handle me almost breaking my arm and trying to rip it out of the socket and telling me it's not the first arm he has broken and it won't be the last.

By the time I ended up in the ER I was completely crazy. Not to mention I was off my meds because I ran out and my doctor was MIA in India somewhere. So I couldn't get refills. Things escalated with the officers in the ER. I ended up spitting on a officer (her hair) and scratching her hand (not breaking the skin) when she tried to forcefully put a spit mask on me. I got assault and battery on officer. It's a felony in my state and it's mandatory min 6 months in jail. I did my time. Off probation for a few years. My good behavior is almost up. I have been employed at the same pizza place since 2021 when I got of out jail.

I am female. I had really bad periods that caused me to be suicidal almost each month I was on my period. After this catastrophy I got a full hysterectomy and have gone to therapy, changed doctors, taken my meds etc etc. The only trouble I have gotten into since 2019 was a speeding ticket.

I have off and on tried to find other jobs besides the pizza place but my background always stops me from actually getting the job. I will pass the interview but fail the background check.

How do I talk about my felony without giving away too much info and sounding completely crazy? How do I talk about that I have taken steps to be better without getting too personal in my being a female with a surgery like a hysterectomy.

And is 5 years since being in trouble a good amount of time to show I have done better? TIA.

Also the 6 months in jail is the only time I have been in jail.

Well the time has come where the big bosses said it wouldn't happen, it is. Pizza Hut (Flynn) is getting rid of inhouse drivers. Got the talk today. Get to be an insider or kick rocks. Prepare yourselves.

Have a 2000 Civic EX with idle surging/Hunting in park around 1200 RPMs. P1509 code. Cleaned throttle body. Cleaned IACV. Replaced IACV with brand new Honda OEM one. Still doing it. Replaced TPS with carquest TPS. While messing around with new TPS got car to idle normally somehow. Cleared code and it went right back to acting up. Checked grounds including G101. Checked for vacuum leaks. Seems okay, can't find any. Clearing code it comes right back on even if car is not running. Burped coolant for about 10 mins or more by squeezing hoses with radiator cap off. Also did it with car on incline, radiator cap off and running heat full blast. Hoping I got all the bubbles out. Coolant level topped off. Removed ECU, opened it up and didn't see any scorch marks, no burnt smells.

Idle levels out better in drive, reverse, etc. Surges/Hunts in park.

Can't do idle relearn because can't rev to 3k RPMs and keep it there.

Any other suggestions, tips?

The DragonDrive app went through some updates apparently recently. Before I used to be able to save the login info. Now there isn't an option for it anymore and I have to manually do it, which is super annoying when it logs me out constantly. I have a Motorola Edge 2023 Plus anyway around this?
