I think raffia bags are so cute but I fear I’m a little late to the game. Do you think this is a style that can come back? Or a style that can be worn outside of a resort setting?

I started chatting with Mandy last year but only circled back recently when I was finally ready to get my first rep. She was always willing to answer my questions and search for bags for me even when it took me a year to actually purchase!

I spoke with many sellers but ended up going with Mandy because

a) her pricing was amazing
b) she was super sweet and responsive to me

She was having an HH factory sale for speedys and I decided to go with her because the pictures she sent were gorgeous and the price was right.

My PSPs took about 4 days to come through after I paid. I’m assuming because it seems like communication and service slows down with sellers on the weekends.

My PSPs were GORGEOUS and I was stoked. By this point I had already started seeing negative reviews for Mandy and was worried that I would not get what I wanted.

Even then, I was wary to trust the PSP because people had said she baits and switches. But by this point I went ahead with it.

She sent me tracking right away and I eagerly awaited my bag. At one point, it seemed like tracking stopped after the bag reached the U.S., and I was worried because FedEx wasn’t responding.

I reached out to Mandy and she was quick to help me out and send me updated tracking. She reassured me the bag would arrive in 2-4 days. I still wasn’t sure if it would arrive at all, but was prepared to eat my loss.

Sure enough, it arrived 2 days after she sent updated tracking. And I was thrilled to see that the bag was BEAUTIFUL and high quality.

Before it arrived, I was actually planning on rehoming it immediately because I was uncomfortable with the idea of wearing a bag with logos

To my surprise I fell in LOVE and didn’t care about the logos anymore. I’ve been proudly showing off my bag to my family and I took it out in public today.

Long story short, I am super happy with Mandy. I’m sorry to hear about anyone having trouble with her. I wonder sometimes if maybe sellers are rude to customers that maybe are rude and demanding to them.

There’s no way for me to know what anyone else’s interactions are like because she and I have only been kind and friendly with each other.

The entire experience with her was outstanding from start to finish. I will definitely be purchasing from her again.

Waiting on my bag charms but I couldn’t resist, I had to take her for a spin. The leather is so soft and she’s got that good slouch. The inside is gorgeous.

I’m just obsessed! I’ve been babying her so much and definitely not treating her like my other bags lol

At first I was worried it wouldn’t be big enough but it’s the perfect size…and honestly a little heavy even when I don’t have it filled up completely. Definitely going to put the crossbody strap on here!

I actually love this so much- it seems like a peachy blue watercolor in the g’s

I haven’t seen it anywhere else besides Mandy’s album so I wasn’t sure if it was fantasy or if it was last season?

Love it and wish it came on larger size bags too!

Thoughts?

I like both styles but I want to use the Le City as an every day bag at least for fall and winter. But I’m concerned that suede is harder to maintain. I love both colors though! And the lighter brown suede probably goes with my soft autumn coloring as well (sigh)

Also as a wild card to throw in…deciding between Bonnie minis…either pink suede or chocolate leather or NEITHER 🥲😂 (for some reason I can’t post more than 3 photos but I’ll post the pink suede Bonnie in the comments)

To clarify- I’m DEFINITELY getting a City 30cm but I’m not sure if I’m getting a Bonnie mini. I just adore that chocolate leather Bonnie mini but I’m like…do I need it

What would you recommend?

Prada Bonnie mini in suede Water Lily or in leather, Lily of the Valley?

I love the look of the suede but concerned that it will get dirty quickly and be hard to maintain

I have contacted a few TS about this bag and have not received pics back that have the color I’m looking for. It’s either too light or too olive.

I know that M!u is known to be hard to rep, is it the same for the ba£ le city bag as well? Or am I just not contacting the right sellers?

Is it the most practical bag? No.
Am I searching for a more practical bag? Yes.
Is this gorgeous and an absolute must-have? Also yes

I’m a Miu Miu girlie all the way; it’s totally my style. I thought I was going to get the Joie mini but then I ended up choosing…

Tbh it’s BEAUTIFUL and I really love looking at it but I never thought I would purchase an LV, let alone a Speedy!

Like honestly I thought that it’s not my style…I don’t wear logos like that, and this bag has them all over it lol

Part of me wants to message my seller and ask her to exchange it for a safer buy before PSPs or shipping or anything happens

But the other part of me is like…well damn I really like how this looks

Has anyone had buyer’s remorse or at least anxiety?

Like I’m not remorseful I bought a bag, I’m happy with my TS and it happened to be on factory sale which made it easier to say yes

But just like…anxious that I bought something that might not be my style!

But then that begs the question…like if we like something, then it is our style right?

Another factor is that I feel like people will know it’s an obvious rep because it’s not typically my style. I didn’t get it for the brand or label…I just like the bag!

I’m a first time buyer and Lucy was recommended on a few threads (ending in 6946) but then this happened and I got a little concerned.

At the same time, I’m also in sales and understand urgency as a closing tactic. Just wanted thoughts please!
