I wish I could give up on wanting to be loved.

As much progress as I've made in dealing with my bpd, pining and yearning is the one thing I can't get past. I dunno if it's some sort of trauma from being cheated on and past partners gradually losing interest in me but I think I'd be so much better off if I could just not give a shit. Instead I feel like a fucking incel when things go wrong again. It's not like there's been a ton of instances either, I'm 29 and ive been in 3 actual relationships (one was 8 years) and my first (2 year long) situationship is about to fully die off. I'm just so tired of the part of me that wants love and romance. Idk why I'm posting this I'm just really feeling down right now.

Cat sanctuaries or fosters who would take in a semi feral?

This is gonna be a weirdly vulnerable post, I'm sorry in advance lol. Last May I took in a feral stray cat and her kittens with the intention of getting them right to a shelter before they were going to be dumped at MCACC by the pest control contractor of the apartment complex they were found at. They turned out to have ringworm, so no one would take them. Long story and outbreaks of ringworm in my house between them and my own pets short, I have two of the remaining kittens (now adult cats) and they're not fully socialized. I've never been able to get a shelter to accept them. The ringworm is long gone. One of them seems to be interested in people and will hang out near me and play, so I really think she has the potential to come around. It's just above my capabilities. The other, I'm not sure on. He's been disinterested in people since he was a baby and I can't get near him. The other siblings and even mom turned out to be just fine and I was able to find them homes. The babies have never been outside aside from a brief escape for the girl, so they won't survive out there.

I had to break my lease and move into a smaller home when my salary was cut unexpectedly and I can no longer keep them as I already had other cats with their own challenges so I'm beyond capacity right now. I've been contacting shelters again but my lease where they are now ends on the 10th. I'm coming on here because I'm just shy of breaking down crying and begging someone to help. I did this all to give them a chance and I feel like I failed these two.

If anyone knows of sanctuaries, rescues, a trustworthy person, anything anywhere in the state please let me know. Doesn't have to be limited to the Phoenix area, I'm willing to take them anywhere and will throw in whatever's needed for them as well. I just want whatever will be best for them.

Thank you for reading my dramatics

Does anyone have recommendations for lower cost local movers?

Hello! Im moving from North Phoenix to South Tempe/North Ahwatukee and just need someone to move my furniture. It's not a ton of stuff as I live alone and I've already gotten almost everything else out. The lowest I've been quoted so far is $700ish, which I get but that still kinda stings. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

Stress spotting after a year and a half?

Hello all! I had my iud inserted back in November of 2024 and stopped having a period around April of 2025. I've been getting spotting quite a bit lately. Not always every day but it'll stop for a few and then resume. It's not heavy or abnormal looking by any means. I have been pretty stressed out lately and prior to getting an IUD I had two instances of the blood vessels in one of my ovaries becoming inflamed and painful for a week or so while I was stressed out. This time around I think I had one very brief feeling of pressure in the same are but it stopped.bCould these be linked or is there cause for further concern? I can't really afford a doctor right now.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone in the Phoenix area and wouldn't mind teaching a newbie?

Hello there! Im in North Phoenix (moving down to Chandler in August) and really want to learn but I'm super uncoordinated and feel weird trying to YouTube it at home alone. I have pois I've been trying out but found that I'm kinda more interested in fans or flow stars so I might be picking those up soon. Hmu if interested!

I have too hard of a time letting go

I've been in a "situationship" for a little over two years and it's felt like it's been winding down to barely a friendship for awhile. We don't have sex and he doesn't plan what we do together, so I'm not sure why he hasn't ended it himself. I've known I need to leave for quite some time now so I'd appreciate not being told I need to. I know. I can't let go of hopes of potential improvements and of course at one point in time things were great. They're still fun sometimes. This isn't the only instance. Aside from one past physically and verbally abusive relationship I ended after several months of that behavior, I've always had to be left even if I was unhappy. I do generally respect myself but if that doesn't apply to intimate relationships. I was in a relationship for 8 years and was unhappy for the last year+ of it. I still needed to be left and was for someone else during a severe bipolar 1 manic episode my ex had. This is the second scenario since then that has gone sour in a way that makes me feel unwanted and not good enough for anyone. I don't threaten or beg or outwardly lose it when I start to suspect I'm going to be left for legitimate or otherwise concerns. I don't know what's wrong with me.

Is anyone going to the LA show on 7/18 and in need of a buddy?

Considering going but I would be traveling from Phoenix and no one I know listens to HANL. So I'd be alone as a socially anxious weenie. I've been a fan of theirs for 12 years so trying not to let that stop me, but the thought is admittedly a little intimidating. I'd prefer to get to know someone beforehand and bonus points if you live here too. I'm 29 and would feel weird befriending someone considerably younger than me tho. Hmu!

I'm considering taking a leap and going to a show by myself in June. I struggle enough doing that with people though, as I never learned how to dance or anything and I'm too embarrassed to try. I'd probably be standing or sitting down. It's not that I don't like whatever's going on, it's that I'm generally just mortified by my own existence. Would it be taken as rude to do this?

I took in a feral cat almost a year ago. Over time she's become more domesticated and started letting me pet her and enjoying affection within recent weeks. She slipped out late Saturday night and has come by the house a few times since then. Tonight I waited in my garage and she stopped, stared at me and hesitated while I gently tossed her favorite treats at her and waved a toy, then took off again.

I'm miles away from where she was originally picked up so she's in unfamiliar territory with occasional coyotes. I'm scared for her well-being and honestly crushed about the progress we've probably lost. What should I do here? Borrow a trap or give it a few more days? Photos of her for attention
