Am I the only one who’s noticed the water level go down more and more each episode? I know the fish is probably fine but the little dudes losing precious real estate everyday

Gave birth via c section, went in for my six week check up and they didn’t examine my body in any way. They asked me questions about my mental health and how I was feeling physically. They asked if I had been sexually active yet, but never looked or touched my body. Is this normal?
I see some people I know leaving the house and doing things all the time with their newborn, 4 month old, etc, and I feel like I can’t ever leave the house with my two month old. Mentally it feels daunting. My baby isn’t a terror when we leave but I play in my head the what ifs. What if he starts screaming in the middle of the store and I can’t calm him or we’re at a get together and he isn’t having it. Idk does this mental mindset go away with time? Any advice or anything is gladly appreciated
Bio Mom will wait at places like school drop offs in her car in the parking lot to watch and interject herself when we show up with SK. Schedule is 50/50 but BM picks up SK from school every afternoon. When it’s BM day(s) to drop off SK at school we don’t show up, wait and watch and then get out to say hi while she is bringing them inside. Yet this is what she and her family does to us. Is this normal behavior? She and her family members have had daycare providers message them to notify when SK has been dropped off so that they can show up there to either say hi or to take SK out of daycare immediately after SK has been dropped off by DH. I grew up in a split home environment and this type of behavior never happened. Am I just over analyzing the situation?
Is it weird to not feel this motherly connection during pregnancy? I’m currently 35 weeks and I’m happy to be pregnant, I’m grateful but I’m not overjoyed with excitement or feeling like motherhood has hit me. Is this normal? I love feeling the kicks and movement, it all just doesn’t feel real to me yet.
I just love it. It’s so simple but to me she’s perfect
