Lunch break weight routine

Hi! I am trying to get started with weight training for a variety of reasons. I've done it before but usually in conjunction with a goodly amount of cardio, and it's been a while since I actually went to a gym. My goals are improved health and fitness, nothing really specific beyond that.

My situation is, there's a Planet Fitness two blocks from where I work and I'm considering trying to go a couple of times a week on my lunch hour. I have a long commute and kids at home, so if I can make this work it might be my best chance to get in regular exercise.

The problem is that even though it's close, I'll be pressed for time, and I'll have to change into and back out of workout clothes. My job is business casual and I can't do gym clothes and wet hair there, besides for the time it would take to wash up. Like I said, my gym frame of reference involves cardio where the whole point is maximum sweat. Very 90's/early oughts of me, I know. Is it realistically possible to get in a basic but worthwhile weight workout in 30 minutes without sweating enough to need a shower after? If I'm not dripping after, will I have accomplished anything?

I'll happily take recs on routines or relevant resources if you have any handy, or general thoughts on lunch break workouts. Thank you in advance!

Jacob with nickname Jack

Hi! We are considering naming our son Jacob but using Jack as his nickname instead of Jake. We like biblical names (our older son is Nathaniel and goes by Nate) and we like the name Jacob and the name Jack, but not Jake.

Does this nickname make sense? We would primarily call him Jack, but our religious and Latin American family would call him Jacob.

Want to get reactions on whether this is silly and if people will forever call him Jake. I don’t think so since he’d be introducing himself as Jack, but want other’s opinions. Thank you!

Have you seen wineberries anywhere yet?

I found a thread from last year where someone mentioned an area in Morristown where they were abundant and free for the picking (wineberries are invasive so it's actually good for people to clear them out). I'm curious if there's anywhere where one is likely to find wineberries in Bergen or Passaic, and if they're ripe yet.

I acquired a set of the books on Kindle a little while back and was pretty surprised to see a piece of gossip in the Rilla of Ingleside chapter "Little Dog Monday Knows" about a Glen boy who was a POW and wrote a letter home with a bit of Gaelic in it. It's not there in my Bantam paperback copy, and I would definitely have remembered it if it had been because I'm always interested in any scrap of Scottish culture that made its way into the Anne and Emily books.

I don't know if there are historically known edits or anything and was wondering if anyone knows anything about this piece behind added or cut. To my knowledge, the Kindle version does not have any other noticeable changes.
