Taking a break from Nintendo to finally do this duo after sitting on them for 5+ years. As HB is one of my fav characters, I always wanted to do enough accessories to do him justice with a few little nods to the movies and comics.

For those asking his right hand is magnetic and swappable between open and closed fists as well as the horns!

Overall I'm pretty stoked about how they turned out! What about yous?

Before this guy came in I had an OS KO of the CW version as a placeholder. Overall, I'd say he's a definite improvement and the mask and heart gimmick are a nice touch. Also I can appreciate the feet engineering, very nice work!

Now to wait on the Gobot redeco!

Not saying I did it first but...there's a certain sense of solace you get when a new figure comes out that lines up EXACTLY with your custom from 4 years ago.

Obviously Hasbro has a little bit more money to fine-tune the idea. Much better head/front end, but, I still feel like I made better choices when it came to the paint job.

The biggest plus of this figure is that he has storage for every single accessory in alt mode which is a rarity in figures.

But do you know which transformers show this is a scene from?

Mega Man has always been on my "want" list of figures for this series. The hardest problem is that he's kind of chibi in style with his huge noggin, which doesn't lend itself well to transforming said noggin. So I did what I always do...I partsformed.

If you haven't learned from seeing my customs by now, I have zero issue with partsforming in general if it's going to get my main subject to look how I want it to. With Mega Man, it's the oversized head and arms. After all, its not like most of the weapons used in bot mode for mainline releases have anywhere to put their accessories.

I "was" going to do rush from a Ravage cassette, but he's just too small in both modes.

So here he is! I do like accessories with my crossover figs so I made some tiny Mets in their hard hats and an Energy Tank.
