best whipped cream/heavy cream scents! GO... 🍦

ok friends, looking for the best either whipped cream or heavy cream parfum and/or body oils !! if you have a *lotion* suggestion as well i'll listen to anything related to this scent !.

i tried all the philosophy fresh creams today & my fave is the original. i've also been looking on small businesses pages at different scents, and there are just so many.. i figured id come here & get your opinions of what smells the best.. most photorealistic, long lasting gourmand, creamy scents!

all price points welcome (i probably won't get anything too expensive but i know that's subjective so just throw them at me!!) PLEASE! 🙏🏼🍦🩷

ohhh, my very first owala & i love every single thing about her!!! i want to order a metal straw for her too. is that what yall would recommend? i hear if you put ice in your drink the plastic one it comes with may shrink & fall out (i don't usually put ice but i don't want to run into that problem bc one of the big reasons ive wanted an owala was not only for the absolutely adorable design but the straw option as well) 🤎

the lip balms are absolutely wonderful... i'm a big lippie girl, love ole, lanolips, laneige, vitamasques... & these are great!! i bought & used the lemon one this weekend in NJ at my bfs & when i came home i found these 3, i can't wait to use them! & the witch hazel flushable wipes are CHEFS KiSS & feel amazing lol, they are a great dupe for the medicated preparation h wipes!

BUT THE SPA LUXURY DEO/ANTiPERSPiRANT... do NOT!!!! i repeat... do not get excited over the antiperspirant! i know the good smelling ones lately (👀 at you power stick...) aren't antiperspirant, BUT these are SO HARD & literally hurt trying to glide on my underarms !! i was gonna buy all 3 scents too. thankfully i decided to try one first. i will try it one more time, but if its still like that it will be going in the trash! it needs to soften... a lot in order to be useable! i'm thinking about leaving it outside for a while. but i shouldn't have to do that. it's not like my store is any cooler than my house, so it'll just get super hard again when i bring it back in! maybe i can keep it as a car deo if the warmth works? idk... anyone else try this?!

so in my candle haul last weekend i'd gotten a midnight blue citrus, the scent is great but the throw is horrible. literally couldn't smell it on my warmer & im not burning it. disappointing! so today i went & exchanged it for falling leaves & cashmere. let's hope this has a better throw! 🤞🏼

ETA: the throw is perfect & this candle is one of my new faves!! all the ones i have are my faves lmaoo who am i kidding, but really this is soo comforting. it reminds me of a chai scent. i smelled it in my room even a couple hours after i turned the warmer off.

so last night, I got a few decent skincare items on clearance at Marshalls. Usually, I open the boxes to see if the item has been tested in store or not because it happens quite frequently with lip products. These were of course not lit products that I got so I didn't bother, plus 2 out of three of the items I got were sealed off with a sticker still.

I should've known better because this box seemed like the product was too big for the tiny box it was in. But I was with my mom and she was kind of in a rush plus we went right before closing so I just didn't check. Well, I got home and I opened all of the boxes to check. go figure, look what was inside! a kristin ess hair product. Of course, I wanted the corsx snail peptide eye cream. Thankfully, I knew not to use that on my eye area!

so TLDR... my question here is obviously I want to return this product. But I don't want them to think I'm trying to get over on them. Do I say something about how I got this last night and the wrong product was inside the box? Or do I just try to return it and hope they won't even open the box.

i picked last nights candle order up today. i also had a bday freebie so i got a sani holder, i originally ordered the highland cow but they were sold out at that store when i got there so i got the stained glass butterfly instead & it's beautiful!

i've warmed each candle so far except the black cherry merlot. these are my thoughts:

midnight blue citrus: love the scent on cold, but under the warmer there is barely a throw :( i'm sad bc i love the scent there's just not enough of it. & i warmed it in my bedroom so the room size wasn't the problem. i'll try it again tomorrow but i think this will end up going back for an exchange.

vanilla bean: absolutely wonderful! powerful, strong throw. very true to the name. a marshmallowy vanilla scent. no complaints 11/10!

morning tea: beautiful milky earl grey scent!! i have sweet tea & lemonade & it's a great tea scent, love it for summer but was craving a milky earl grey for colder months! this is it for sure. throw is good, not overwhelming in the least but definitely has a throw. pleased with this!

black cherry merlot: i'll update this after i warm it but on cold it's a nice, strong scent & seems like it will have good throw but will update on that! edit: i have it on the warmer now & it's a keeper!! good throw , great scent. love it!!

I also earned another reward with this purchase & I still have a Caramel Vanilla lotion & mist I plan on exchanging for a different scent when something I like comes out. CV sounds like my dream scent but unfortunately Caramel Cold Brew candle ruined that for me! Even ruined Laneige's maple scented lippie :(( I may try the CV again before exchanging but for now it's going lol.

I absolutely love the bubble tarot tea. Smells so yummy & the shade is gorgeous.

I wish I found more of the glaze craze's bc I love the donut applicator. I thought Maple would be a great sense for fall, but unfortunately, it reminds me heavily of the white caramel cold brew candle from Bath & Bodyworks, which made me nauseous & gave me a headache. Seems to be caramel-heavy. I'm still going to keep it, of course, and hopefully by the time this season changes, I will not have such an adverse reaction!

so i hate to be this person but i had 4 free rewards (& a birthday reward that i saw after purchasing the candle so ill save it) but each full size reward was on different accounts. yes i made a bunch to get the $10 off $30 coupon & birthday coupons at different times lol. not gonnna lie. anyway, i strategically planned my sas purchases to get enough points on each for a reward to use on fall stuff. either way, i earned them. diff accounts or not! the girl tried giving me a hard time not only saying i had to buy something to redeem my full size points rewards, & also i could only use them if they were all on same account. i couldn't do more than one on diff accounts!?! never heard that in my life. she said they're trying to stop people from doing exactly what i did. mind you, i'm very friendly w the manager there but she wasn't working tonight. i literally just had sas blind buy returns this weekend that she was very helpful with. on multiple diff accounts. aka she is very aware. all she said was wow you have a lot of accounts. never said anything else about it. bbw keeps letting me do it so why wouldn't the store honor my point rewards ?? she said this time she'll let it slide but not again. that's ok i probably won't have a bunch at a time til next sas anyway lol.

i was so excited for all of them but i thought i'd love pink matcha latte! but WHAT iS the 'pink' note ?! not strawberry or any berry for that matter 👀 it's spicy! i thought it'd be more gourmand. i passed!

i also got the dove ice cream parlor body washes & deodorants today (i got pistachio glaze, vanillla coconut & strawberry swirl!)

I've been waiting patiently for almost 3 weeks for this day (well more than that 😂) I was refreshing viciously while already @ work @ 5 am, 5:30 am, 5:45 am, 5:59 am.... Finally the 6 am refresh I had my order ready to check out !!! i can't believe i finished 3 self tanners this month, lol. to be fair they were not all started in june !

so i'll start off by saying i'm not a huge candle burner bc i have a pup & i get nervous she may be sensitive to smells. i even stopped using my febreze plug ins bc of her. she showed no symptoms i was just being cautious, lol. (i recently switched to wallflowers & i love them)

well, on the first day of sas i figured why not try a candle, a 3-wick for 7.99 (plus 20%) , i know they don't get lower than that & yall are always raving about the candles. i used to own quite a few back in the day & my mom & i always had candles going. so i chose mango papaya paradise. i got home & burned it for a little bit. thought it was just the fresh wick giving a plastic, waxy scent so i snuffed it & tried again a few days later. nope. had to return it :( i loved the smell before burning but gave me a bad headache while in use.

so i figured today was the best day to go exchange the mango papaya candle. i was ISO a bakery or vanilla scent. or even lemon. so i picked up a white caramel cold brew, strawberry pound cake, & sweet tea & lemonade.

knowing i was slowly building a whole new addiction after getting over it years ago (a relapse, if you will !) .. i went across the st to ross ISO of a cute candle warmer. idk why bbw doesn't make warmers :'( but anyway, i found this strawberry shortcake one i've seen before but didn't have a use for. i'm in love !!! & it goes perfectly w the strawberry pound cake candle :)
