Do I have any recourse for being demoted without cause?

Ive been a manager for about 5 years now, and with no corrective actions, no negative feedback, no failed goals, my company hired new managers and Im not supposed to be #2 to this guy. I'll be making less money because im not a manager now. Surely this isnt normal but I dont know if its worth discussing with HR as the company wouldnt care about me.

Who dont people ever wanna be card captain?

In the higher rank you vote 1 player as card captain to pick cards. There is always 1 or 2 people who want to do it. Why? Its not that hard. Is it because people just wanna reserve the right to complain about the cards? Because no one will vote and then 2 rounds in someone will want to take over

EDIT: Funny it seems like the most popular answer is people dont want to be blamed for the cards they pick. And I totally get it.

Kinda disappointed in B & L even kinda knowing what it was

It felt like it was 70% old footage and 30% new. I guess some old stuff was new but any fan with internet has seen the box stunt, the escaped convict, and the bullet proof vest test. I dunno i guess I expected more of a 50/50 split and it didn't feel that way. Sounded like Bam filmed more stuff for Forever that still didnt get released

The Tenth Anniversary

Look i know its a comedy show and I get it, but in what possible situation would someone stop taping a superbowl in the middle of someone kicking a game deciding FG?

Debras Workout

Maybe the show is a bit dated, but is it even remotely ok for a gym instructor to say "looking good" and rub a woman's back and stomach? Seemed super inappropriate.

Has anyone ever seen a Rush Bingo game start?

Are there certain times it might start? Are you just supposed to keep your app open all day? Ive never seen one

Can anyone explain how he had 8 brains on turn 5 without playing any Cryo-Brains?

u/stealth1820 — 28 days ago

Maybe it was a scheduling conflict for the episode but I find it weird that Gianni isnt even at the wedding.

I see Andy and Kevin and Bernie, but no Gianni. He was literally the reason they met. Surely he would be at the wedding

Hot Take: This game might have more players if so many people didn't have alt accounts

I can see newer players getting discouraged when someone with 20 hours playing is getting 15 kills. I dont get the appeal of playing people less skilled than you. I know some people dont get a lot of validation in life but this aint it

Not cheating and I still lost this game. Lmao. This game is doomed

Opp played 5 or 6 teleports and 2 trickster zombies. Not even getting lucky gets you a win anymore

Unpopular Opinion: There should be more plants that remove brains

There are zombies that remove son. And about 5-6 zombies and environments that gain brains, but unless im missing something just brainana makes them lose brains. Sure Dragon makes things cost more but thats it

I'll never understand how these things work but how does a person with 75 hours played become the #40 Ixchel?

Like are these alt accounts? I see the 1 person I played against only played 1 season and were Ace 5. 105 hours.

Been rewatching Viva La Bam. Great show but some of these scripted eps are kinda lame

I mean i know a lot of this is scripted but some of these like where they get jobs for instance are so clearly scripted that it takes away from what the show is

Anyone else feel like you see the same 5 - 10 cards every game?

Mustache waxer, zombology, wizard, treasure, spacetime, teleportation, gentlemen, trickster, duckstache. You get the point. And im sure its the same on the plant side. Just really feels like this game is boring at this point amd its just playing the same cards over and over and see who gets the lucky combos

Howard 100 is cooked when he retires

They have the entire Howard library to use when hes off. I turn on H100 today and they have Youndblood Feedback. As if it isnt embarassing enough they fill shows with all the positive feedback why would anyone ever wanna listen to that another time??

Unpopular Opinion. I wish rank was more based on your performance than by win/loss

Granted it doesn't matter in the end because people make alt accounts to make themselves feel better, but I hate that just by playing enough you will get into higher ranks just by being part of a team. This game gets super sweaty in the Master+ ranks and id much rather play against people my own skill level. Casual matches against bots lose their fun too quick

I dont understand people being sweaty in Outbreak

Honestly im only playing to finish these missions. I dont find it a particularly fun mode. But I find it wild seeing people being sweaty in this mode and having all kinds of strats. Like what is the point of being "good" in this mode. I get annoyed cause it makes the game last longer. Its usually someone flying around the map just running

Do you think Gary and Sal and some of the other real men on the show miss when they used to have naked women on the show all the time?

Seems Howard kinda fucked them all on that when Beth made him stop having them on. The other guys used to have so much fun when these women were on. Dunno if any of them are "better people" now
