Any idea why York University isn’t cutting grass?
It’s almost knee length grass and wild flowers and I don’t think they have cut grass so far even once this year. Is it being done intentionally ?

Anyone else who has express and non express applications being processed at the same time?
I have both express and non express (OINP) applications submitted to IRCC and both of them are pretty much on similar timelines I know I’ll have to withdraw one of the applications. My question is at what point do I have to withdraw one of the application is it after ECOPR? If not then when ? If someone has two applications being processed please let me know.

I like birdwatching and been thinking of going to Tommy Thompson park for a while now. Since birding is a morning thing to do, can I enter park before it opens at 04:00pm on weekdays as per the website? Is there any entrance that is closed to public before 04:00 pm? Anything else I should know? Has anyone been there ?
