I run a little free library and it got destroyed in April and 2 days ago it got fixed. I have a ton of kids in my neighborhood and I have a ton of bulk and stuff I don't care for. So I put some cards in sandwich bags and put them in. Tonight when I went to check on everything this sweet little note was in the library so I made the kid a Lycanroc bag. I wish I could put some cooler stuff in there but I don't want adults taking it. It's really hard to find anything pokemon where I live so I'm glad to see kids finding some cards and getting excited. Shout out to this absolute legend of a kid who has better manners then most adults.

I run a little free library and in April someone ripped the door off and dumped body wash all the books. Yesterday it got fixed and when I went over today to fill it up I noticed the community beat me to it and someone put in these 🥹 they are read to hell and back and I love them. I've never read the Senior ones so I'm pretty excited.

My husband collects and I try to be supportive so this Mercedes Benz CLA has been my hunt. I collect uranium glass so I'm really excited to have found it to put on my shelf. My one and only car and I love it so much.

I've seen the neon ones but I actually want to hunt one, get in the bins and rub elbows with other collectors. I think we got lucky and hit a good restock at Dollar General. I have literally no one to show and he said y'all are super nice 🙂

I found this in my grandpa's stuff when he died and I've been carrying it around for a decade now. A buddy saw it and said he thinks it might be valuable? I have no idea so I figured one of you smart well informed people might help. Thank you in advance for any information!

Some marketplace scores and then off to an estate sale to pick up that hefty girl. Lugging that TV up our 2nd floor apartment in the 100° weather about killed me but damn if that TV isn't cool. Not a bad day 😁

We got a downstairs neighbor that drives me insane. He's downstairs but over one. He moved in right as we had our new baby. He would slam his doors so loud he would wake the baby and me at all hours. He parks his big SUV in front of the stairs going up to our apartment and I have to squeeze by him while he stands close watching. He's made comments about our baby one being when we came home from the hospital with the baby and said oh a new baby I'll have to remember that. He watches us from out his windows so we quit going outside. If we go to the park across the street he watches. He gets drunk and throws his dog outside and lets it bark all night until the cops get called. His first day there he actually broke his window by throwing his dog through it. He's a massive hoarder and his stuff spills over into EVERYWHERE. He treats the parking lot like his personal yard. I sold some of the babies things on facebook and he saw the person I was selling a noise canceling machine to pull up and didn't recognize the car and threatened her with his gvn ... IT WAS AN OLD LADY!! She was scared out of her mind. So now I don't sell on Facebook anymore. I probably have a 1star review. Oh don't buy from her you MAY GET SHOT! So now I know he has a gvn. I have told the property manager, I have called the cops, I have documented everything so well the FBI has been trying to draft me to join them because my documentation skills are so on point. He stops for a bit and then goes back to what he's doing. The final straw is I went outside to talk to my dad ( it's how I decompress on our balcony) and this pyscho bought a trail cam and it's hung up on a vacant apartment across from us and pointed at our apartment. So now he has video or pictures being sent to his phone of us. My baby is going to be on this gross, vile man's phone for him to do whatever. I haven't had to leave yet but I'm going to throw a blanket over the baby. I took a picture and sent it to the landlord and just cried all night. I feel like a failure. I feel so violated. Moving isn't a option right now but it's in the works. I feel like I can't protect my baby from this guy. I feel assaulted on every sense the human body has. The landlord hasn't responded yet because of the holiday and it's the weekend. I thought about getting a hanging plant and putting it in front of the camera. I'm in Texas (not by choice) and I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I'm just deciding if I should called the cops or wait until Monday to see what my landlord does.

I'm mentally exhausted from this man on top of being postpartum. I just don't know what to do anymore besides move and that's in the works.

I have been taking care of this little guy for 2 years. I have battled the local drug abusers and homeless population that was using it for drug deals and putting weird stuff in it. It defaced once with swastikas and luckily magic erasers cleaned it up. Then the door got ripped off and body wash dumped on all the books. I am heartbroken. I have no idea who takes care of it. I have never seen anyone with official stickers put books in it. I've emailed and called local officials and posted on Facebook. One woman responded but it seemed .. odd. I just feel defeated. Especially now with summer out and all the kids playing or stuck at home. I've been patiently waiting on any help with it so me and a local lady are just going to make a makeshift door and keep stocking it lightly. Breaks my heart that someone would do this.

In my town there is a free library. VHS, vinyl and cassette tapes are free. We go a couple of times a week to see the new donations they get in. Today I found one of my last childhood tapes. I watched The Jetsons movie religiously. I have been hunting for it for years with no luck at any thrift stores or on marketplace. ( I don't like to order online, it's not fun to me personally) I literally screamed at the store haha. I was cleaning out my grandparents house a few months back and found a home video VHS and it has a scene where I'm watching it and it ends and I just get up and start dancing with my dad. Huge nostalgia for me. I can't wait to show my son and husband this. The Jetsons are rad and my favorite childhood cartoon 🤙🏼

Little Nemo was one of my favorites as a kid. We rented it so much I know they made their money back on it 10x over from us alone. I was obsessed with slumberland, I wanted to live there so bad. I've been looking for it for years with no luck and a cool dude on Facebook said he has .. SEALED. Not only do I get to heal my inner child by opening this but I'm the first one to ever watch it!

Now if I could find the Nintendo game, I would have the set.

Going through my grandparents estate and came across this set tucked away. Can't find anything on Google. Was wondering if anyone has any idea?
