i have done a couple paid gigs i found on craigslist, but i am looking for a more consistent avenue of gigs.

should i contact a bunch of local real estate companies? (the ones that have hired me so far on craigslist seem to be based out of state)

or would i be better off talking to individual realtors who’s info i see around town and seeing if they needed help with photos?

if anyone has a property they’re trying to sell or rent and need good photos of it, you know how to find me 😂

i did google real estate photo gigs for the area but it pulls up indeed and glassdoor and etc and it’s not quite what im looking for and also not as well paying as the gigs ive done from craigslist 😅

like many others on this sub, i noticed tretinoin drying tf outta my eye balls even if i don’t apply it anywhere within my orbital bone area, so i followed advice i saw here and started using vaseline as a barrier. just a thin layer at the base of my orbital bone.

when i told my dermatologist, based on her reaction i think she thought i meant i was putting vaseline on my whole face. so i reiterated its just a little bit, at the base of my eye area, bc tret gives me bad dry eye. she reiterated it was not an ideal product to have in my routine for my goals.

she gave me a bunch of sample tubes of la roche posay’s cicaplast balm and told me to use that instead.

i tried it for 2 nights and both nights it dried my eyes out before i even had the chance to apply my tret! before applying it the 3rd night, i read the tube more closely and found out it’s not even supposed to be near eyes!! i switched back to vaseline and it’s helping like it did before

on a scale of 1 to “get a different dermatologist”, how concerned should i be that i told a medical professional i was applying a product specifically near my eyes and she provided me a replacement product that’s not even supposed to be used near eyes and also worsened the very issue i was trying to avoid?

i had my portfolio website set up under my custom domain and it was working fine

adobe sent me a few emails over the course of a couple weeks saying that there was some issue with my DNS settings. i couldn’t figure out what the issue was, so i removed the domain and went to re-add it, thinking i just needed to redo it

but now it won’t work at all! it gives me an error every time i try to add it back. saying my IP isn’t set up right, or something like that

but i have all 4 A records with the exact 2 IP addresses it told me to have and now i can’t get it to work at all

im at my wits end with this. i have even tried submitting a request for help to adobe but every time i hit submit, it tells me it wont send my request until i verify my email

but none of my inboxes or junk folders ever get this alleged email to verify with. it says if you don’t have an account you wont get an email but i actively pay for an adobe account

i don’t understand why adobe would give me error notifications when it was literally working fine and now it’s broken bc i was trying to find the issue adobe kept claiming existed 😭

what books did yall actually find most helpful? especially those of you who don’t like reading much. do you find workbooks helpful too? or more helpful than just a reading book? there’s so many choices out there, i don’t wanna waste my time and money.

idk if this info is rly relevant but i am a newly diagnosed autistic on top of the adhd diagnosis i already have. i am 32, struggling with yet another bad burnout, have been able to hold part time employment in the past but not currently, i do struggle a lot with executive function, anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive tendencies but i cant remember if she said i reach the threshold for OCD diagnosis

i guess some book qualities im looking for are

1. informative, but laid out in a way that won’t to cause information overload
2. not written too clinically, i will get bored so fast
3. preferably about the presentations of these conditions specifically in women
4. was easy enough for you to get through even if you mostly hate reading
5. emphasizes the wide variety of presentations and that autism doesn’t look exactly the same for everyone
6. discusses infancy-adulthood presentations and situations. bonus points if it includes anything about pregnancy conditions and fetal development in relation to autism. basically covering the entire development and what it could look like for different audhd girls/women bc we can be so different even from each other

i want to not only learn for myself but also be able to lay information out in a way that will be easy to understand for my family, if i ever do choose to disclose it to them. i am too scared to try right now, my mom gets so weird about this stuff im afraid she will get mad at me for getting diagnosed lmao she could barely handle my adhd diagnosis, she cried 💀

TLDR

is it normal to have to scan every individual item at pick up and drop off if you have shop orders turned off? i thought retail pick up was just the store already put it together and you scan the receipt and load it up. has something changed or have i just been taking retail pick ups for months and coincidentally haven’t had to scan anything yet?

for ppl who want the TL part

to reiterate, i have shop and deliver turned off, and for every retail pickup i’ve done since opting out of shop and deliver, i haven’t had to scan any barcodes.

i got a double pick up from petsmart for the same customer. the store did the shopping and loaded it all into one cart, but for some reason the app wanted me to scan all 15 items in order to pick it up. however, not a single item will “match” with its barcode, it keeps saying this item is not on your order. so i tried typing in the last 4 of the barcode and kept getting “item does not exist” or something like that

i call support, they mark both orders as picked up from their end, i load it up and head out. get to the house and have a smooth delivery, and i think cool now i can just take the picture and be done with this order. WRONGGGG LMAO it wanted me to scan every barcode again. and i bet you can guess, none of them worked

so i took a pic of the delivery and called support as i left. i got the AI to mark the first order as complete but i had to get a live agent to do the 2nd one. it all took less than an hour in total, and the money was super worth it. but im gonna be thinking twice about retail pickups now 😂 is this normal?
