Does my unicorn ebike exist? (Light, front suspension, for shorter riders)

I've had a Trek FX2+ for a few years, but now even after adding a suspension stem and seatpost, my brain feels rattled every other time I use it, so I'm looking for a new option.

Criteria:

Light enough to carry up stairs (current bike started ~40lb)

Front suspension

For 5'2" rider (I see a rec for Mokwheel on here but it's for 5'5")

Min. 35 mile range (my commute is 17 miles one-way, might not be able to charge at work, OK if extra battery is an option)

Rear rack compatible

Available in USA

Class 1 preferred...I don't need anything extra

Does it exist? Should I just look into a suspension fork for my bike? Please help my brain!

Bocce (48th & Folsom)

Anyone else go? I stopped in to try a sandwich today, got the heirloom tomato. Did anyone try the pizza? It looked good, as did the giant roll of meat I saw come out to the counter. Sandwich was good. The only thing I'd change would be to have rosemary in the bread.

It's nice when a building doesn't stay vacant for TOO long (RIP V Miller).

Some core albums, themes by season

Vaguely seasonally by row starting with summer, but it fell apart at the last 2 rows because I have so many summer albums that they spilled over. I'll take recs (preferably Bandcamp links!) from anyone who also finds some cohesion in this.

Anyone else have albums that get tied to seasons because of when you bought them?

Sometimes I remember this collaboration happened (Christine & the Queens)

I discovered Christine and the Queens when "People, I've been sad" came out, but I hadn't heard anything about this album before its release. Maybe I heard a song on KEXP. I was so surprised to see Madonna on the tracklist, I think I searched to make sure it was really her. Yep! I was hoping she'd sing, but when Chris talks about needing Madonna as the voice of god, it's hard to argue...

"Tears can be so soft" could easily go alongside "Justify My Love"

SABA street sweepers are here

Thanks for the tutorial, SABA! They are figuring out logistics for having volunteers run these around town so we can complain about all the debris but also do something. There are 2 units.

Refreshed Bike Friday

It wanted a new powder coat, so I sent it on a journey to return refreshed and sparkly (can really only see in direct light, but it's pretty). I don't know what adventures it had in its previous life, but most recently it was stolen and returned to its previous owner. It told me it wants to be a beach cruiser now, spending its days picking up snacks and spinning in the sun, so might give it a taller stem.

Ouch, I haven't done a century in ~9 years. This was 108.5mi. Recently up to 88 though. Found some unexpected gravel at the north end. It was quiet out today. Excuse me while I try to get myself to stretch instead of just lay in a pile.

What will these colors look like together?

I'm getting a bike powder coated. Don't know much about it, but have an idea of how I want it to look: something between aqua and medium blue with lots of sparkle. Blue or silver sparkle, non-color-changing.

Could I use this base: https://www.prismaticpowders.com/shop/powder-coating-colors/PMS-0517/heavy-silver

and this top: https://www.prismaticpowders.com/shop/powder-coating-colors/UPB-1425/baltimore-blue

to enhance the sparkle already in the top coat? Would the silver brighten the blue too much or create too much texture?

I came across this crazy amazing one and got concerned about the texture warning: https://www.prismaticpowders.com/shop/powder-coating-colors/PPB-11212/supernova-island

Thanks for any input! Only had one other bike done before and just went with a stock color from a local powder coater.
